5 stars only because I can t give 6 Excellent competence excellent communication excellent and rapid support very friendly and helpful I have an old MacBook with a not immediately easy to detect memory issue One of their senior technicians in Frederiksberg detected the issue and replaced the motherboard All in less than a week Thanks Mentech

Yay I went to Mentech in Aarhus and was under Sam s super assistance and I cannot be happier with it Everyone was very helpful and I was receiving follow up messages from Sam to know what s up with my phone and what the plan is Highly recommended Best guys that don t try to scam you and are genuinely nice and helpful Mega thanks

I had my phone repaired by Mentech Aarhus and I am very happy with their great work and their excellent customer service They repaired my device faster than what I expected and they kept me updated throughout the process The updates were important for me because I was worried about not having my phone for several days I definitely recommend Mentech Aarhus

Great service after a bumpy start and a complaint from my side

I went to Mentech for a warranty repair of my Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 which had some of the commonly known screen issues unfortunately After Samsung had dismissed the warranty claim I was initially very dissatisfied The technician who I was in contact with did a great effort keeping me up to date but in the end I did not get the result I was expecting and that made me quite frankly extremely mad After a team lead stepped in thanks for that by the way who successfully appealed the case with Samsung in order to get it handled as a warranty claim I finally felt treated right as a consumer I am happy to see Mentech went the extra mile after all for me as a customer and therefore I now recommend them

Screen replacement on Samsaung Frame TV

Our brand new TV broke while trying to install it our insurance took care of the case and reach out to Mentech They asked us to take pictures of the damages had a driver come out to pick it up as it s a 75 screen Great and timely communications both through SMS and online They have a courteous staff and got our TV repaired in good time despite a delay from the screen at the suppliers Overall good experience and we can enjoy some movies as a family now instead of our own tablets and phones
