reaching out to Meta mask

I am awaiting MM response to my query They are now indicating there is no e mail support for ticketed queries I am hopin g that follow ups via their ticketted system will be fruitful The following is my e mail to them today 4 June 21 You indicated that it might take up to 7 days to de with my ticket MetaMask e mail Friday 29 th May confirms We have received your support request 193186 I am following up via the support forum as MM speared to have stopped responding to e mails I had hoped that a helpful response might have been provided by today 7 days I confirm that the problem persists in the same way as reported despite several attempts at resolving it Would appreciate your input soonest as not only am I unable to view my assets but I am also not able to carry out any transactions purchases on meta Mask Therefore in limbo Thank you i will update on my experience shortly Meanwhile a 2 star rating hope to upgrade depending on MM response As of 11thjune Still waiting mm do not imo monitor reviews on their product

No Customer Service Response for a Major Issue

I had to restore my MetaMask wallet and when I logged back into my account I saw that my wallet address was the same and my Ethereum coins were in the wallet but the other asset that I swapped into was not showing in my wallet and all the history was gone I do see the transaction of the swap on Etherscan but it does me no good if MetaMask support will not respond to my support ticket It s been 10 days so they have plenty of time to respond to me My recommendation is that NO ONE SHOULD USE MetaMask since their internal company policies or practices show that they really don t care about the individuals using their service I would have given them 0 stars if that was possible because one stare shows some effort on there end MetaMask has put no effort into helping resolve the issue It took a bad review of one start to get an email with instructions with how to proceed after 10 days I got a response I will now give customer support two stars a simple email response should be less then 24 hours

The problem is that the withdrawal

The problem is that the withdrawal takes forever I still haven t received my ether back and it s taking more than a day Other exchanges do not have this issue

Don t swap with them

The best advice I ll give you is to stay away and if you are already a victim add Jerryfrich on the telegramm app he will help dealing with them and recovery

Lost 600-700 Dollars on assets due Customer Support

Works for some transactions swaps etc Still unreliable Customer Support cost me around 700 US Dollars I ask some help they never answer properly and i ended up losing several assets forever The answer was easy im technician so i get the answer later even with my limit knowledge on some Crypto Even was to late someone take and stole my assets Customer Service was the worst

The security of digital coin needs more

The security of digital coin needs more protection otherwise it will be easy to be transferred by assets on the chrome extension

Not the Best

Not the best or easiest crypto wallet to use and really not user friendly but it has been used often due to not having much else choice of an app to use Luckily the StrikeX wallet was released recently and find that much better

DEAD APP

DEAD APP Real rating is 0 It will ruin your crypto experience Once you put money in it is very hard to get it out Stick to trusted exchanges it will chew up your profits in transaction fees when you eventually get your money out Uses ETH as gas the most expensive probably to fund the dead app for every transaction basically DO NOT USE
