Terrible SCAM you cant return anything here They wont give you the address and then say if you dont have it mailed to them in 30 days you cant return it

KNITFIRST I agree that this is a scam

I agree that this is a scam The blanket shed worst than a long-haired dog To add to the insult the blanket started to unravel on all 4 corners as soon as it was spread out on my bed They give instructions to hand wash and then flat dry to reduce the shed factor But who I ask you can hand wash a 80 X 60 KNITTED blanket And where do you have room to spread it out to dry I tried to return it but the cost was over 185 00 KnitFirst only offered a 10 USD credit for me to keep the blanket 10 This thing cost over 140 00 What a scam and a rip off I would have expected at least a 50 refund not a 10 slap in the face Do not buy from this company You and your house will regret it

Awful The blanket is not weighted They also don t honor the 30 day money back grantee that they advertise Instead they complain and lie to you about how they don t make much money on their products If that is the case don t sell it Don t make it my problem

Do not buy from these people They don t deliver on anything they promise and make it look like they are shipping from a US facility when it s all from CHINA They will sit on your order and lie to you about when to expect it They don t have a phone number to cancel And they won t refund on a sale item you will discover this when you read their refund policy Yet all they do is advertise their items with a sale price what a sneaky set up When I told them I no longer wanted the item all by email they then said they shipped it with a non working out of country Global shipping company with a tracking number that didn t work and also telling me to expect further delays because my item would have to clear customs They go by many names BanketFly Lullaby Blanket sells on Amazon Knitfirst Oddly Superb kissydoll sells on Etsy and what other names they change to stay ahead of bad reviews but they can be identified by their same photos they use These folks are acting like a bunch of americans who are nothing but CHIMPS looking to take advantage of buyers These unscrupulous folks use the same advertising photos regardless I am disputing the purchase with my bank and have forwarded all my emails and theirs as well you should see all the deception it s ridiculous It s not worth the head ache and they did this during the holidays It was ordered on 12 1 I still don t have my item it s 12 18 way past the promise date I bet it will show sometime in January but I won t be home to get it and they knew this as well when I asked them to send my order to another address before sending it out They refused to cooperate while they created the problem in the first place over promising while misleading my order

0 STARS I WAS scammed I ordered not one but TWO knit blankets for Christmas gifts but was so disappointed when they finally arrived I could not give these horrible blanket as gifts Beware The pictures are deceiving My package took over a month to ship from China which was a shock to me since the website listed an address in CA I emailed support over a dozen times and waited over 2 weeks to get a return address NOW I have to pay to ship two large pieces of crap back to CHINA I feel so dumb for falling for this scam as I am someone who always reads reviews Unfortunately the reviews on the website were not true IN SHORT do not buy these blankets

Purchased this blanket as a Christmas Garbage

Purchased this blanket as a Christmas gift the 1st week of December for my daughter in law Did not arrive according shipping estimates 1 day after is not terrible I can accept that However from the first use it was shedding and has begun unweaving This was an 89 dollar blanket Absolute garbage Only way to return to China is to return it unused Use it once SOL They offered 15 and to keep the blanket Not going to lose 70 dollars for for such a poor product I have contacted my CC company Their website has a bunch of positive reviews but no way to actually leave one that I could find It makes you wonder Please do you research before buying this product It is a lot of money to spend on something that is of such poor quality
