Having an expert in the field of finance and lending who is able to liaise with a lending institution on your behalf makes it all so much easier than attempting to speak with that institution yourself It also makes the whole process of a loan application more streamlined This expertise was much appreciated by us

Handy location and easy parking

Handy location and easy parking Good communication throughout the process and we managed to get a mortgage organised despite setbacks with employment It was surprising that this mortgage is actually through part of the Mike Pero group and we think that information should have been disclosed in the application period rather than when we were about to sign the mortgage documents To have the interest rate increased less than a month after drawdown and before the first monthly payment has been made is unexpected also

Master at sorting your finances

Dave was available any time night or day which was great for us as we are a family with work commitments and short on time He was happy to take calls late at night when we had questions We never had to set foot in a bank and he achieved more borrowing for us than we thought possible His help with getting our finances in order was invaluable as I am self employed and this can be tricky for banks Fully reccomend Thankyou Dave
