Positive outcome it took some time The banks are really making it difficult for everyone they are so risk adverse it s ridiculous

Good and bad

We found Tammy really good at the start really helpful and definitely knew her stuff In the end it got frustrating and felt like things weren t going ahead fast I kept following up on a regular basis but kept being told we still had plenty of time and not to worry It ended up that things didn t come through until an hour before they needed to and I believe only because we put the pressure on We personally found out from the bank the information early on but we couldn t push it through as it was for the mortgage broker to do on our behalf this is what the bank told us I also got told different stories at times was like it was forgotten what I had already been told and as each story was different you did wonder what the truth was Like I said started off great and was happy with the service but by the end I wasn t happy
