Zebunisso Alimova works very poorly

Zebunisso Alimova works very poorly with clients She s not answering her phone She does not call the client back She does not remember about the client until the client himself reminds her of himself Zebunisso didn t help us in any way When we began to express our discontent she answered us in a very rude way She did not try to resolve the situation but just rude to us accusing us of not being satisfied with her work I will not recommend her to anyone as an agent We missed the time and couldn t get a loan because of her poor work

Totally mucked up my mortgage over a section I own I borrowed money from a free hold section to buy a house Mike Pero Mortgages were told not to use the section as security on the house purchase but they totally ignored this and used it so now I cant sell it Only after commission at all cost will never use them again

Snubbed or discriminated or the guy I talked to was just plain lazy I dont know but the guy I talked to supposedly a senior adviser practically told me no use of applying for mortgage due to my situation No point of applying for pre approval he added I then went directly to my bank who said go ahead Two months on I have bought our first home

Do Not Use this man

Tom came across as competent and positive he made it quite clear that as an asset rich client that I could indeed buy another property However when he said he had done the numbers and he couldn t make them work Unbelievably he did not respond to any of my calls or emails after this It would appear that he put me in the too hard basket an ignored any correspondence thereafter And then today I received a Happy Holidays email I was totally disgusted This man is not someone I would recommend anyone to deal with

Mike Pero Taup - Kirsty Clark Kirsty may seem like a good person but she is definitely not a good mortgage broker I m writing this after successfully securing a mortgage and buying a home through her so this isn t the complaint of someone who was denied a loan However she made so many mistakes throughout the process that I feel compelled to share my experience If you don t want to read the whole story my advice is simple go directly to the bank or find any broker other than Kirsty We were selling our house to buy in a new area After receiving pre-approval for a mortgage through Kirsty we listed our home found a buyer and began looking for a new house Once we had an offer accepted I informed Kirsty about the price and the amount we needed to borrow three weeks before the unconditional deadline She told us and our lawyer that everything was fine and the only condition was that our current house had to go unconditional first We thought everything was in order But just two days before the unconditional deadline Kirsty told us we needed to get a valuation done and it would take six working days This was a complete surprise After a panicked conversation with Kirsty and my lawyer the lawyer advised us to cancel both the sale of our house and the purchase of the new one Kirsty s response was to suggest going unconditional anyway even though this would risk our deposit and put us in a terrible financial situation Desperate I spent hours calling the bank Valocity and multiple valuation companies I found someone who could do the valuation the next morning but it cost far more due to the urgency The day we were meant to go unconditional we were waiting for the bank to approve the valuation But then Kirsty casually mentioned we also needed letters from our employers yet another crucial detail she had overlooked We scrambled to meet this requirement an hour before the deadline A week before settlement Kirsty emailed me saying we should apply with different banks for a better deal I had to remind her that settlement was in a week not a month At that point she said she d just ensure the current bank gave us the best rate The day before signing the loan documents the bank lowered its interest rates I contacted them directly and they said they could reissue the documents at the lower rate but Kirsty needed to request this I tried reaching her but after three hours with no response it was too late and we were stuck with the higher rate The night before settlement we were hit with another surprise a 3 000 early repayment fee for our old mortgage This was something we hadn t budgeted for Friends told me this is a common fee and their brokers had informed them at the very beginning of the process If our fee had been higher like one friend s 14 000 fee we could have lost everything the night before settlement Kirsty s incompetence ruined what should have been an exciting experience and cost us thousands in unexpected expenses The stress we endured was overwhelming After settlement she offered us 250 as compensation which was a fraction of what she cost us When I mentioned this she never replied Please save yourself the stress and financial strain Find another mortgage broker
