Kurt Brandso from Mike Pero Mortgages was very professional and reliable throughout the process It ended up being a lot longer than either of us expected but all along he was communicating well and always ready to meet up if need be He worked hard to get us the best rate possible and we appreciate the extra effort he did for us

Shane made the whole process so easy and non-stressful I valued his advice and he was happy to answer any questions I had I had previously gone through a bank which was difficult as it was all online To have Shane in person made it all so much easier

Took the scariness out of purchasing a property

This is our 3rd time buying a property but our first time using a mortgage broker I wish we had done it sooner Teresa was remarkable she was kind understanding professional and available She took all of that intimidating yuckiness out of getting a mortgage and made us feel like it was a smooth an personable experience I also felt that I learnt a lot from her in regards to interest rates etc We thank her so much for helping us get to where we are now

Logan was absolutely amazing from start

Logan was absolutely amazing from start to finish I was looking to purchase my first home and Logan made the process so simple and easy He is very knowledgeable and would answer what felt like a million questions that I asked He offered me reassurance and provided me with continued guidance and support throughout the whole process and he was genuinely in my corner through this process I can not thank Logan enough for everything he has done to make owning my home a reality

Donald has helped me with two properties now I have had a few personal things going on and I cant thank him enough for making sure things ran smoothly and taking away the stress that can come with buying a property and dealing with the banks He was professional supportive explained everything and all if my options available so I was fully informed Excellent communication and was easy to contact him when I needed to I really felt he had my best interests at heart Highly recommend
