Where s MY WATCH Updated

What Went Wrong is I ve yet to receive my watch I ordered on 6 19 2024 I have received zero communications from the Militado watch company as far as my shipping status I also don t like the fact that they use a 3rd party Shop com as a means to track your shipping progress With Shop com you have to download their app in order to do this instead of following it UPS or FedEX or some other shipping provider Now I get to receive junk emails from them until I get watch and get to delete their app Update Since posting my review of Militadowatch contacted me the next day Max the customer sale rep has been first rate at keeping me informed of my delivery status He apologized for the communication mix up and has been very helpful in providing tracking info to me There ended up being more shipping delay s but that was result of the shipping partners used Not the fault of Militadowatch Finally on 7 12 24 my watch arrived well packaged and in great shape I m very happy with the watch it looks great and the leather strap is better then expected very comfortable Max was great for all the inconvenience he discounted my purchase an additional 10 USD and gave me a discount coupon towards the purchase of a future watch Customer service has been top notch since getting involved I will definitely consider another purchase
