Great customer service one of the items i ordered were on backorder so to speed things up the team at Milk Blush had divided my deliveries so that I could receive the item in stock first They were great at communicating this

Omg I am beyond impressed with the quality of the hair extensions as well as the customer service I have always worn weave in extensions but they were always bought by my extensionist who never shared her supplier I thought I would never find quality like hers but these are absolutely fantastic I am now a big fan of clip ins again Honestly so so pleased Customer service was great I pestered them so much for colour match and for an exchange when I chose the wrong length and they were beyond helpful Colour match was perfect and delivery refund processing was mega quick - these things matter in 2023 Will definitely purchase again

My extensions are so thick and the colour match is incredible The quality is the best I ve ever experienced in clip in extensions I won t go anywhere else now for my extensions I have worn these over the Christmas and New Year period and generally love them

Honest review

In October 2023 I purchased the Dark Brown 18 Ultra Seam Clip-In Hair Extensions 2 185g The quality is amazing by far better than other UK brands Thick from the seam down to the tip There is no tangling or shedding and the shine is still there They still look as good as new nearly 6 months later I will buy all extensions here going forward

They look very good quality ordered 100g of tapes at first however ordered 50g more of the slim tapes I do have to tone them though so a bit nervous of that hoping it will be fine I have always been white blonde but having the darker roots r38 tapes fingers crossed will look lovely x

I ordered the Volumiser Quad Weft Hair Extension in dark brown I asked M B to colour match me the shade was a perfect match for my hair and gave me the extra volume I wanted for my wedding day I chose express delivery and the item arrived on time

Great company with even better customer service Super helpful Extensions themselves are gorgeous good quality and super thick They re gorgeous Colour match service was bang on as well Would definitely purchase again but don t think I ll need to for a very long time given quality of hair

I have had the best experience with the customer service I placed an order and only after realized I could do shade match Highly recommended Unfortunately I ordered the wrong shade originally Customer service gave me options to achieve the correct shade I have now received the correct shade and it is amazing quality It is much better than I expected I have not figured out how to install them yet but am so pleased with my experience I had to share
