22 minutes late impolite no air condition

22 minutes late driver extremely impolite not even appologizing and no aircondition in a heat wawe Never ever taking them again

Don t trust them - The driver didn t show up at 3am and we were forced to take taxi to be on-time for the flight

Here is my story These people are liars I used there services and found my self freezing for 20min near the hotel entrance while the hotel reception tried to call the driver that totally ignored us After few mins he picked up the line and told us he will not come We were forced to pay 50 euro to taxi driver to not miss our flight I don t care about the money they stole from us but I do care about their bad service and that they lie to people I left Hungary with the feeling that money matters more than people respect The people of hungary should be ashamed of such company

DO NOT USE STAY AWAY

I booked and ordered a taxi from them specifically booked it for the flight time leaving at 17 50pm and they turned up at 03 00 and of course we were not going to leave at that time of the morning I spoke to someone from the customer service chat on their website who proceeded to blame me stating that I must have made a mistake with the time I entered and that if I want to use their services I need to pay again He stated there was nothing more he could do What an absolute joke Money grabbers Myself and my partner made the booking together and was definitely the correct details If you have any issues with this company don t expect any help What an utter scam Book an actual taxi or use bolt

I ordered and payed for a transfer from Csepel Budapest to Liszt Ferenc Airport and back a week later This second transfer was today The first one was OK but today it was a nightmare I got my ticket at around 2 05 pm and an info that we had to wait 20 minutes which turned to be 50 Then we left the airport for Etele Square first with all the other people travelling toward the same direction The next stop was Budafok and the third one was over Sz ll K lm n Square Finally it was 16 30 when we arrived at Csepel Answering our questions the driver said we were lucky as there were people waiting for the bus at the airport for one and a half hours I think I m not gonna try it again as I don t want to break this record

Terrible service

Terrible service you have to pay in advance they do not come when agreed they keep sending you text messages about being late a total of 40 minutes late If I stayed with them surely I would have missed my flight However they DO NOR RETURN your money

Rubbish service - waited over an hour in airport Total rubbish company Waste of time Never ever use Seriously Think they still building the Mini Bus

Absolute horror

It was a nightmare experience Originally booked for 2 45 am we got a text saying the shuttle would arrive at the hotel by 3 15 instead By 3 25 no one had shown up so I called customer service and no one picked up Finally managed to speak to someone on the live chat who said the shuttle was 15 minutes late It was a compete lie After repeatedly bugging them they finally showed up ONE HOUR LATE and the driver was rude beyond measure We almost missed our flight Absolute sham and scam Never bloody again

Use if you like taking your life in your hands

I would leave 0 stars if possible Driver was unsafe and threatening When we asked to change seats as a seatbelt wasn t working he slammed the brakes on and slammed the seat down so hard it rebounded His driving was also atrocious - weaving in and out and cutting people up I ve never felt so unsafe When we complained we were told we couldn t have a refund as we had been in the car I d love to understand how we would get out on an motorway Avoid avoid avoid
