This is a front LTD company maker

This is a front LTD company maker they allow any company to register at there address The companies or some of these companies registered here are committing fraud When you call Mint formations you have to call a mobile phone number and you speak with Indian based call centre BE AWARE

Waste of money had to report it as a scam They take the money and refuse to do anything Ask for documents no one gets any more Avoid at all costs

Abysmal

Paid hundreds and hundreds of pounds to this company for seemingly nothing They were meant to take care of my accounts and dormant company however they failed to do the job I paid them for and my company has been dissolved Absolute waste of money They will say different things to you on different days and try and fob you off and not put anything in writing The whole thing feels like a scam Will use companies house directly instead of these fraudsters Will be reporting to trading standards

Mint dodgy Formation

I advise not to go to this company as it s fraudulent I put an order to register my company and they have charged me 15 59 after a week they said your name is sanctioned for that reason we can t help you and will refund your money That was April 2023 today is 08 06 2023 I am still chasing my refund when I call customer service they tell me your company formation is in progress I tell them I am waiting my refund not company formation as I went directly to company house for the formation All in all poor customer service dodgy dealings and no manager or senior person to talk To make matters worse call centre is India and not familiar what I am talking about I would not recommend to anyone to do any business with so called mint

I have paid a great deal of money for services they did not follow through now getting threatened for court because they did not follow through We never opened our business but getting billed thousands of dollars pounds I do not recommend

Although justifiable verification procedure could be easier on the applicants Perhaps in a way that doesn t involve too many back and forth Other than that service is seamless

Misleading advertising

Misleading advertising Services advertised as part of the International package are not delivered as advertised Update After some back and forth they have rendered the advertised services and adjusted their sales page to be clearer for future customers I ll await to see how the service goes but I am happy they addressed the issue I m modifying my review to 3 stars for now
