I used MINT FORMATIONs to register a NEW Company

I used MINT FORMATIONs to register a company in AUGUST 2022 The share structure I proposed was a bit complex It took two three attempts to get the application right BUT Amy Rachel Maria were all very helpful They suggested for what I was doing I only needed a 12 99 on line package and di not require the more expensive one They had a lot of patience with me and very calmly helped me to get the company registered Instead of 3 hours it took 3 days but this was because I could not properly explain the share structure Option Shares B and Cs on their application properly We got it done in the end Thus 4 star and not 5 star Only Rachel sounded a person with an Indian acsent I think they have an office in Harrow as well

i am happy with the service from Peter Wilson and Mary Franklin They are both helpful However I thought Eric Tyler should not question the customer for the payment if the customer had made the payment and further asked for the payment proof It is an insult

Setting up a LTD couldn t get it right first time application work flow forced a PSC to a director with share more than 25 without alerting the applicant However mint changed it for me for free
