Love the service Great service even though the phone plan was so cheap Surpassed my expectations I only hope that when it is time to renew in 11 months there will be another great deal

Had to contact customer service a day after signing up service had dropped off drastically he kept me on the phone as my services were checked for problems He found the problem emailed instructions I made some adjustments on my end and restarted phone all fixed Later he called to make sure everything was ok Talk about customer service

I was leery about switching from my previous carrier that I had been with for years but because of inflation and the rising cost of everything I decided to take a chance I am so glad I did The cost of my three month plan was about the same cost of one month with my previous carrier The service has been great and I will definitely renew with Mint Mobile Thank you Mint Mobile

It was tricky switching over going with an e-sim and doing it all on the phone I m sure there are ways it could be streamlined but every Mint rep I spoke with probably 4-5 in total was friendly patient knowledgeable and helpful I made the switch to save money but the excellent staff has been a happy bonus
