I love the customizing options I was able to email my questions regarding the mirror and get a prompt response The packaging and quality of assembly of the mirror were outstanding Exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price Thank you

Love my new mirror Also love that I can order the exact size to fit the space and choose the frame I like I received it nicely packaged as to not break or damage the frame and mirror The only thing is that I was not offered the option to bevel the mirror Not sure why I was able to choose the bevel option on the last two mirrors that I ordered Although the bevel option did not stop me from ordering and I m still happy with my choice

I loved that we were able to order to the exact measurements needed I had looked on-line at all of the well-known places offering decor mirrors but could not find the size I needed above my vanity I also LOVED that we could order samples It helped make my decision on the perfect frame The mirror arrived on time and very well-packed We love how it looks

I am very happy with the mirrors from MirrorLot they were packed very well delivered safely they are very pretty But I would still recommend to order samples first I ordered a couple of them and then made a decision

My first shipment came in broken due to freight damage Mirrorlot immediatley replaced the mirror and it is hanging beautifully in our guest room This is my second order with them They are the best

The mirror came well protected both

The mirror came well protected both front and rear excellent job I rate the mirror 5 stars but do have a concern The enclosed French cleat for hanging was in two parts each 6 inches Why wouldn t a long 16 or 32 inch cleat be utilized It would allow two or three studs to be involved instead of one and then mollies or the like to help hold the mirror Any time you can Utilize studs it is preferred

We had a great experience We ordered 2 mirrors for our bathroom unfortunately both were broken when we received them With one email to customer service we had instructions for taking pictures of the damage and assurance that our mirrors would be remade and shipped to us The second set arrived undamaged They were easy to install and they look great Well made sturdy mirrors helpful customer service and a good experience even though the first set of mirrors was damaged We ll definitely use this company again Just remember - you have to report any damage to your mirrors immediately - within one or 2 days I think - so make sure you inspect them as soon as they arrive

This was a wonderful experience We selected some samples of various frames and narrowed it down to what we liked best measured the space and then placed our order It was very easy We installed it ourselves and it was a piece of cake after watching the video I will only buy mirrors from Mirrorlot from now on

This is my second time to purchase from MirrorLot and I am thrilled with both purchases I did have a little damage on one o the mirrors from my second purchase and I forwarded them pictures of the chipped paint The mirror was replaced with no problems I love the fact that you can order custom sizes to meet your needs and the turn around time is very good I highly recommend MirrorLot
