Very unhappy with mirthmore

Very unhappy with mirthmore order sent to the wrong address and was sent to the USA I m in the UK when emailed about it was asked to wait a few days 3 months later finally via PayPal got a full refund

Placed an order on 26th Jan 2021 and I ve still not received it sent numerous of emails and apparently it was sent to the wrong address so apparently they have sent out a new order Which I m still waiting for Don t get much response from them when I ve tried to chase it up apart from there being a delay in the logistics and to wait a few days I ve asked for a refund twice now and again told to wait a few days and to be patient It s been over 2 months now think I ve waited long enough Think I may have been scammed as they have taken my money and I don t think im ever going to recieve this order

Seems I m not the only one then Would give this company zero stars but it wouldn t let me leave the review Have contacted them multiple times about an order I paid for in March only to be told that the order is shipped and for me to be patient I ve finally lost patience and contacted PayPal for a refund Don t purchase from this company you ll not get what you order

Scam-Company Nothing more to say Never received my order and they keep saying that the postal service needs to update the information and shall be patient But it never happened They can t even handle a simple complaint

I d give them a 0 if I could and based on these reviews I m disturbed to see this happen to me too again I ve been waiting on an order I placed December 16 2021 for Christmas gifts I m still waiting on the items The tracking gives information of the items in Carson City since January 14 The support team is of no help Call your bank and get your money back These companies are dishonest and are a total scam
