Very unhappy with mirthmore order sent to the wrong address and was sent to the USA I m in the UK when emailed about it was asked to wait a few days 3 months later finally via PayPal got a full refund

Placed an order on 26th Jan 2021 and I ve still not received it sent numerous of emails and apparently it was sent to the wrong address so apparently they have sent out a new order Which I m still waiting for Don t get much response from them when I ve tried to chase it up apart from there being a delay in the logistics and to wait a few days I ve asked for a refund twice now and again told to wait a few days and to be patient It s been over 2 months now think I ve waited long enough Think I may have been scammed as they have taken my money and I don t think im ever going to recieve this order

Scam-Company Nothing more to say Never received my order and they keep saying that the postal service needs to update the information and shall be patient But it never happened They can t even handle a simple complaint
