Avoid like the plague I ordered as a new customer with a 3-5 day delivery time 20 days it took consisting of two separate deliveries false assurances of the replacement package being on next day delivery countless written communications addressing me as Hey There and thanking me for getting in touch yet addressing nothing of the issues They simply could not care less I m still trying to get a full response from them they have breached their statutory obligations - oh and their published T C are unlawful watch out for that too I have advised them but again ignored A totally unprofessional organisation who has no concept of service quality or standard or the importance of reputation It s a competitive world Misfits Health There are lots of companies offering similar products and prices to you if you can t stand out for quality service then you ll fall flat on your face I repeatedly told your Ella that I wanted this raised to someone senior and that I would be leaving public feedback which reflected my experience She ignored every single word of it just kept coming back with Hey There thanks for getting in touch etc Awful Shop elsewhere good people We re going through enough with cost of living energy crisis etc without adding dire service and breached agreements to our days

I ordered one month ago Shipping is 3-5 business days and I still haven t received the bars I emailed asking for a refund in shipping over a week ago They answered and issued a refund Yet still no bars have shown up and there has been 0 communication unless I have reached out I asked for my order to be cancelled as it has not shipped and they responded with we work very hard to pack them up very quickly so we are not able to refund you you can return them once you receive them How about no How does that make any sense at all

I bought the 48 bar box after hearing brilliant reviews These bars are disgusting and they give me the worst bloat and gas At first I thought it was just the way my gut reacted however I made all my flatmates try them and we all had the same awful wind Would give negative stars if I could

I bought 2 boxes from Misfits to deliver to Dubai I paid for the fast delivery and I was really surprise to see that there is only 1 box in the package How is it possible for a company with good reviews like this to forget the half of the order Really I hope the customer service will come back to me ASAP and will send me the other box without asking me to pay the delivery again

Rather disappointed in this flavour Tasted like nothing Thin layer of white chocolate and barely any peanut butter Waste of money and calories tbh

I too was sucked in by the advertising and bought an assorted box of protein bars It s like eating sand How do I get my money back UPDATE 24 01 24 As other people have commented Misfits are trying to have my review removed 9 months after i posted it I stand by my opinion that these bars are like eating sand and I would still like my money back please

Embarrasingly bad I have been using misfits for a while and genuinely love the taste of their products - they are great Delivery and customer service on the other hand leave much to be desired I ordered my products 12 days ago and paid for the express delivery option meaning they should ve arrived within 1-2 working days It is clear that the product is lost but misfits won t send a replacement until Hermes have confirmed they re lost So I am 2 weeks on and 40 down with nothing to show for and no one willing to provide any helpful assistance Really disappointing Misfits I even had to ask for the delivery fee back - that should be a given Please send a replacement order asap BTW - I wont be shopping with you directly again

I don t understand the hype around these bars Many fitness influencers promote them like they are best thing ever so I was excited to finally find one in a local health food shop These bars are taste disgusting and the texture is just awful I ll be sticking to grenade bars from now on do not buy

I don t like the sales technique on the website where lots of discounts are offered and appear in your basket but you don t actually get them when you check out unless you do extra steps As a result I no longer buy the product via their website

LESS THAN ONE STAR The customer service is appalling Delivery times are insane - I paid for express 1-2 days it s almost been two weeks and it hasn t even been dispatched and customer service won t take any responsibility for it they ve been gaslighting me It s insane Never buy from them
