The best protein bars ive tasted but a whole box of 12 were very squashed and broken when they arrived and only just still able to be eaten

I love all the products it was just a bit frustrating how a lot of my favourite bars were out of stock

I had a subscription for protein bars I wanted to change some details but couldn t find any mention on the site regarding subscriptions I finally did a search on the website and discovered that I need a code sent by email and I had to use the code to access what appears to be a different website that is a subscription account site I don t want to go through this procedure again so I reluctantly cancelled my subscription

Thankfully I was contacted by CEO Henry Sether and he was a great listener I am confident now that this growing company is working very hard to meet customers needs Like other small companies that are funded by a short list of investors resources are limited We talked at length about the customer service gap in North America and the desire for Misfits Health to improve Shipping timelines are being investigated and I expect they will have more concrete options for this UK based company s North American market Sending tracking numbers is good once shipped but there needs to be beaucoup more follow up in anomalous situations when packages do t arrive within a certain acceptable date Thank you Henry and best of luck P S you still need humans available on the phone or at least chat to get interaction and keep the actions needed to satisfy customers moving Thank you

Completely aggressive Instagram marketing got me to purchase More fool me though because taste is average at best Very artificial flavoured I ll stick to grenade bars which have incredible flavour and texture 10 10 for their social marketing team though worth every penny 5 10 for flavour product creation team

Overall pretty bland protein bars I find the product images and claims of oozing caramel layers a bit misleading in reality the bars are pretty dry and you do not get that experience of oozing caramel You also get the odd bar which has a chalky white texture to the chocolate It s a shame because the branding is brilliant but the bar itself needs a serious rethink

I order the bars and wafers regularly as I really enjoy them but it s the same flavours Why can t you bring back mint choc or orange or peanut butter and jelly

I ve experienced no issues with customer service and delivery but I m disappointed with the lack of variety in protein bars New releases have stopped and I am bored of your range It s such a shame because early last year this wasn t the case Why has the business model changed

The normal protein bars are really good but the wafers are horrible taste like cardboard and horrible texture I am going to have to bin them
