Ive been ordering misfits since late 2020 I can honestly say that now in 2023 I am done purchasing They have gotten worse as time has gone on Most importantly they are extremely inconsistent I ordered the chocolate cookie dough bars as soon as they were available 3 months later I ordered them again and I received an older batch than the first time they came super dry and hard So many times I have ordered a box and they have come old and dried out I am done wasting my money on bars that are honestly mediocre They have created so many new cool flavors but the bars texture and flavor isn t as good as the beginning Further the bars don t taste like the flavor they are supposed to be I remember when the strawberries and cream flavor came out it tasted wonderful and much closer to what I expected now it is lack luster at best The caramel use to be great and currently I find it gross I have tried almost all the flavors minus maybe 2 Trust me when I say they aren t worth it I have contacted the team mutiple times with bar issues like shipping the wrong flavor or bad batches Sometimes they send a new box shipped wrong flavor and other times they don t help much Even if they send a new box it s still not better than the one I received first The worst flavor is lemon cheesecake Tasted atrocious The best flavors are chocolate cookie dough s mores and strawberry cheesecake I use to love cookies and cream and speculoos Try it if you are curious but the odds of you getting an old batch instead of a fresh one are extremely high

Delivery was quick but the bars are so dry and overall not great I ordered a variety box and the only ones that I can eat are the cookies and cream

This is a case of a great product but very poor frustrating customer service I ordered two boxes of Misfits I have used the website before but the order went through twice Straight away I made contact and requested they cancel one of the orders Nothing The next day I had an email confirming both orders I contacted customer service again and eventually they replied to say that their warehouse packs things so quickly they can t cancel orders really many other places I order from manage So I was told to send them back for a refund I was annoyed so I sent BOTH my orders back AT MY COST and waited for a refund Eventually I had an email saying one of the orders had been refunded but I had to chase TWICE to get the other order refunded The customer service emails I had which seem to be just one person lack any kind of human empathy or connection with the customer VERY poor and frustrating Other organisations are streets ahead You could fix this so easily - get online chat for a start Set up FREE returns It is a shame as your product is delicious and I love the bars But I won t be risking ordering again until they invest in better customer service

Fast delivery but the bars are super dry and in my opinion tasteless I couldn t even swallow one bite I got the salted caramel bars I am quite a picky eater though so it might be just me I loved the premise of the protein bars

was really excited to try out misfits I tried their protein bars first and fell in love Then I tried their vegan protein powder and was so dissatisfied and shocked It doesn t smell nor taste like the flavour I chose cookies and cream and has a disgusting after taste Also it doesn t dissolve either drinking it with lumps I tried milk oat milk and water and nothing works It s so bad I gag when I drink it I didn t know if it was just me so I got a couple others to try one of them being vegan and had the same reaction I ve tried contacting customer service at Misfits to explain my experience however no reply I wish I read the reviews before buying the powder as that would ve saved me wasting money

Ordered the starter bundle on December 20 Shipping time to Canada was estimated to be 3-5 business days I assumed since it was the holidays it would take longer anyways and I got an email after a couple of days saying the bundle could take UP TO ten days However it s been 2 weeks and there is no shipping info other than leaving the UK I tried emailing the company and there is no response Giving 2 stars in case I recieve them and they are the best protein bars ever

Extremely disappointed by this company s recent service I have been a long and loyal customer As a vegan these bars are ideal for me to get a protein hit I recently moved my purchases to Amazon as it was markedly cheaper in the long run to order off of Prime rather than the company s website That was until they conveniently stopped listing all their flavours on there Last weekend I had to buy direct from the website and as I am due away tomorrow Weds I thought paying 4 English pounds and 99 pennies for postage would be adequate enough to get them to me in time But this premium postage takes 5 days apparently That s just not good enough Hermes will have to throw them into the sky as I fly over I feel I would have had the same delivery window if I d purchased the cheapest postage And why am I paying postage anyway on a 20 product I appreciate as a company you have your eyes fixed on America right now but don t forget your loyal customers who got you there

I ve always been pretty happy with how these bars taste so I ve ordered a bunch from their own website However there is definitely something wrong with two of the boxes I got as EVERY bar in there taste like straight up plastic This has never been a problem before therefore I tried reaching costumer service that seems to be impossible though and I have not gotten any reply

I placed an order and paid express shipping and my order still hasn t dispatched I ve tried contacting several ways and have had no response I know it s been new years but nothing on the Website states orders will be delayed due to new years so I would have expected it to be shipped Really disappointed

I didn t receive the order although the money was taken for the order
