I have only received part of my order with no explanation and not sure who to contact for a refund Still awaiting for my refund unacceptable service 23 01 AND STILL waiting for my refund it s been 6 weeks since first contact and 8 days since they informed me it s on its way Terrible company and Another day goes by without my Refund TERRIBLE

Terrible customer service Delivery time is not as you order-you need to had 3 weeks of processing time on top apparently it s in the small print dress arrived a different colour-looked cheap and tacky Trying to organise a return but they are slow to reply and delaying offering a return label probably so that I miss the return deadline Will need the bank s involvement soon-thankfully paid on credit card This company is not worth using

Vert disappointed

My dress unfortunately looks nothing like the picture I would like to arrange a return The sleeves aren t sheer like the picture and the edging on the neck line is totally different I bought my dress as a mother of the bride and had to find something alternative to wear which was most inconvenient Very disappointing xx

I ordered a jacket it arrived 6 weeks later I requested a refund for Faux Fur Long Sleeves Hooded Coat Khaki M x 1 69 99 Order No 1915 I was instructed to return the coat in which I did in March 2024 still I have not received the payment of 69 99 refunded into my account Please check your emails Can you please refund money into my account or I will take this further I have given you enough time for the problem to be resolve and my money deposited back into my account

I haven t bought anything here but I would advise people to stay away as it looks like a scammy website I keep getting ads for a wedding dress which I know costs in the range of 4000 listed for around 100 It s incorrectly listed as vintage and there is no mention of the designer so I don t know what they would be sending but my guess would be either nothing at all or something very poorly manufactured

Dress arrived too late

We ordered a prom dress a month before my daughter s prom but it didn t arrive in time My daughter was really upset It was no use to us after the event and as it wasn t custom made for her we just wanted to return it We never even took it out of the packaging but MISSYETI wouldn t send us a returns form saying it was within the shipping processing time It wasn t In the end PayPal got involved to provide me with return address and my refund is hopefully being processed now

Avoid

The dress took weeks to arrive as it was shipped from China When it did arrive it was of poor quality and nothing like the photos on the website The returns process was slow-an unnamed customer service agent at Miss Yeti kept offering a growing discount rather than initiating the refund process Once the company received my return sent tracked and signed for it took just under four weeks to receive the refund sent after multiple chaser emails

Horrendous service

Horrendous service I ve been waiting on a refund since October It s now the 9th December 8 days after the last promise of a refund and yet to see it in my bank
