I recently applied for a loan through MittBolan I signed a contract with the seller and now I m waiting to sign the papers with the bank Everything was very fast from Monday to Thursday - only 3 5 days The person who was and still is taking care of the process was unbelievably capable and dedicated to my case It was a bit specific process since I had to hurry up a lot with getting the approval form the bank for signing the contract with the seller The buying process went from Monday until Thursday afternoon On the Thursday s afternoon I had to have the approval I can sign the contract with the seller The person from MittBolan told me I can t get official approval until Friday s morning but the apartment price deal should have been cancelled if the seller receives my answer after 16 00 that Thursday In case I don t get the approval from the bank until 16 00 and the apartment would be listed for bidding The person from Mittbolan told me at 13 00 I can t get the approval yet and after I asked him if it s possible anyhow to fast it up he was so dedicated he stayed later at work he should have been working until 15 00 in order to help me He saved me a lot of money and helped me get my future home
