Customer service experience was great Booked a long haul flight to NZ with a stopover in China I received a call within the hour from Maria informing me there might be an issue with the onward from Shanghai Maria moved my flight to the following day at no extra charge Excellent customer care

Great price on the ticket When the departure time changed by 30 minutes from the time given on the original booking Maria customer services gave me a call to let me know She sent me a new itinerary with the change She then phoned me again to make sure I got the updated ticket Maria was truly fantastic
