I normally deal with my own travel but working with KEVIN from checknfly has made a couple of complicated trips far less stressful Kevin has dealt with some complex itinerary changes at a reasonable cost I can t recommend highly enough and can t emphasise how helpful this has been

One of the tickets found on Kayak was not available when finalising the booking with Check N Fly Maria was very helpful on the phone by email and via WhatsApp in finding a solution with minimal additional cost

I booked my flight online through check and fly and didn t opt for any frills or extras but the service was swift and the communication from Chris Grey was excellent As soon as I completed the ticket purchase I got email messages from Chris supporting me until I received confirmation from the airline Not only the service the price offered for my ticket was very competitive Please keep this going

Fantastic experience

My experience with Checknfly has remained wonderful Even I was so confused with the timings and transit flights but Jenny was so patient that she helped me every minute with all the details Her conduct was so experienced which made me feel that she is working only on my flight while she was very busy with other clients too She finalised the best deal and gave me the wings to fly to Australia with complete ease Everything was done from her side so that my journey remains peaceful and stressfree I highly recommend the services of Checknfly Especially thank you Jenny

When I called the phone was answered very quickly The representative Maria was very helpful and she went through all the options for our flight to get us the best price After I had agreed my flights Maria was still looking at options to save me more money which was very thoughtful of her I found her very knowledgeable and she handled my enquiry in a professional manner

Due to some personal circumstances I had to book an urgent trip abroad Kevin Smith helped me promptly book a ticket and took care of issues on their end even though it may have resulted in a loss for them They also don t put you through to automated chat bots like other companies but rather have a caring human whom contacts you
