I will say this The truth about the company and the shoes First to start the best customer service Received my shoes fast They are made so well I ve had a pair over 1 1 2 years and still perfect shape Wear them all the time and no wear and tear So so comfortable Under two weeks to receive which is the norm The company is truly a give back company which is hard to find Read the bios and don t believe all those bad reviews There s two sides to every order Give them a shot And the subscription service is such a smart idea I m a customer for life MLO is AOK

I have ordered a few pairs of shoes from MLO Often I have hit snags with shipment but they ve always promptly rectified this once I have notified them of the issue The first time they reshipped my item as they could not track it down The second time when I notified them of my prolonged wait time since ordering they promptly had my order shipped after stating an apology for the delays and notified me of their backed up order log This was made aware to me at purchasing so it was okay It s clear that they re demand is exceeded their supply which speaks to the level and quality of their product I love these shoes They are comfy and supportive and just a joy to wear They feel light and airy as if I have nothing on Not to mention the price It is a steal and a few extra weeks is worth the wait
