You are prroviding pay as you go as it should be No contract just pay for what you use For this emergency small brick mobile it is all I need It s a rarely used mobile and on this occasion the numbe had expired but you helped me get it going again I would say that it would help if mobile numbers were NOT expired ever This is an emergency phone i maintain for a less able dependent it s not great when you realise that for lack of an emergency within 6 months it has expired

Asda mobile PAYG is brilliant for everyone who owns an unlocked mobile

Asda mobile PAYG is brilliant for people who aren t glued to their phone like myself great service signal low top up minimum and so long as you make a chargeable call text or use a bit of data you keep your SIM active Asda are just about the only provider still offering traditional PAYG SIM only mobile phones This was the main reason for me choosing them again had an Asda SIM for probably 5 - 6 previously but forgot to keep it active I looked at 1p mobile but unlike them Asda don t insist on using 10 every 2 months or losing your tenner if not Asda rates aren t the cheapest but for occasional use at least they don t rip you off with unfair T s C s Creating an account online was a little tricky once you have selected the PAYG option your presented with two options 1- you have an Asda phone and 2- you don t confusing because you don t have an Asda phone but you do as they sent you your SIM card with mobile phone number attached maybe better wording is required to avoid confusing less tech savvy people or people with learning difficulties of which I am neither still once your account is created everything bar turning off the adult filter if you don t possess a CREDIT card can be done through their website one slight disappointment is their APP via Google play store is only useable on android 11 or newer so I can t make use of that but as I rarely go online out an about this isn t really much to worry about and certainly not worth the expense of buying a new phone as my existing one works adequately for my needs Despite these minor technical issues Asda mobile is perfect for my needs and remember you can always add a bundle deal as and when you need more than just occasional use for a period of time
