Great customer experience and lovely product

I was a bit nervous about ordering online from Italy but thought the styles of the furniture and competitive pricing was worth taking a chance I ordered a console table with extensions and it is absolutely stunning so much so I m thinking of ordering further goods and have recommended to my sister and sister in law Elisabetta in customer service was outstanding and her English was excellent The carrier delivered the packages over two deliveries so I had spoken and emailed Elisabetta over a weekend and wish to say a huge thanks for the standard of customer service All charges were also included in the price so no scary brexit charges on the doorstep I will definitely be ordering again fabulous

Highly recommend product and service

From ordering and delivery no problems at all arrive before scheduled delivery Unfortunately one of the panels was damaged but this was sorted within days and a replacement on its way which again arrived before scheduled So happy with the service and product

Quick and Easy solved

I bought the Emma extendable table and when it arrived I put it together I loved the table structure but I wasn t sure on the colour so asked Mobili Fiver what my options would be The customer service team were very helpful prompt and polite They managed to organise a return with refund and I was able to order the table in a different colour They even organised the transport and labels for the table to be picked up The delivery to me was on time and the pick up was on time So excited to get the colour I wanted I hugely recommend to order from here as the quality of goods and customer service is 5 Thank you for being so understanding and thank you for having very sturdy practical and beautiful tables

I do not usually leave reviews but we are so pleased we ordered from this company They are very efficient our table was delivered on time and extremely well packaged It took us a couple of hours to assemble but we love our extending Emma table Can t recommend enough Thank you
