Large selection of design items and great customer service For our last order the marble base of our mirror arrived damaged After contacting Made in Design and sending photos they promised a new mirror and no need to return the old one which would be a hassle considering the size and weight Today the replacement mirror arrived so thank you again for the excellent service

I ordered a vase from Made in Design and it arrived within 3 to 4 days Amazing this year particularly from France It was so well packed and we loved it so much we ordered another one Both Christmas gifts The delivery time was a little longer and I panicked as things were getting a bit difficult with mail but in fact it arrived and I would highly recommend the company for competitive pricing and high quality goods

Beautiful vase delivered promptly

I was a bit nervous after reading some negative reviews but have been very pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of delivery I ordered a Pipistrello lamp last Friday PM and it was delivered this morning Wed Packaging was very secure and undamaged The lamp is fantastic and looks great with my Gae Aulenti chairs I live in London and got regular updates via email to show progress of the order

I use this company constantlyVery competitive on price and as I live in Channel Islands they are still one of the few to take the VAT off my order You can always find a discount code usually do I find them the best company to deal withEverything I have ordered has been in perfect order - sometimes shipping is a little frustrating but that is the fault if the courier company they use that aren t the best But I would purchase on this website without hesitation
