I came into the store on 12 26 not sure if I would find anything I liked or that would be in stock Alex helped my boyfriend and I find a new couch a new bed and a new dining table Although new he was polite and attentive The manager was also very nice and helped Alex when he needed it There was however a third salesperson working that day She had short dark hair and sat between Alex and the store manager Whenever Alex asked a question she responded in a very rude manner As a practice manager myself for a medical office I always tell my employees that the way you treat each other is also the way you treat the customer because they can see and hear everything you say I loved your store I loved the high end feel and the beautiful decor but I did not love the high end attitude the other saleswoman had She should treat the new people the same was she treats everyone else Other than that we had a fabulous experience and will certainly be back to see Alex and finish decorating the rest of our new home

Amazing First Time Experience

We had such a fantastic first-time experience at Modani When my husband and I walked in after driving an hour in a blizzard to get there we were greeted by a friendly staff eager to help us find what we were looking for We were searching for several specific pieces for our new home and after viewing them online we wanted to see them in person We were helped by Ricardo who was incredibly helpful in showing us the pieces helping us measure them and offering design advice He spent over two hours with us and was able to coordinate a very complicated delivery schedule for several large items that were going to two different houses- one of which is in Florida From beginning to end it was a professional and successful experience When the furniture arrived it was absolutely perfect I would highly recommend Modani and will definitely be a return customer

Beautiful Upscale Furniture and Great Service

I am very impressed with Modani Their items are very upscale and sophisticated yet at a more affordable price then one would expect I recently purchased t a black Cameron dining room table with black Niero chairs and a white Monaco leather sectional All of the items are beautiful The table is very sharp -looking The sectional is bright white stylish and elegant I like the fact that the chaise section can be moved to either the left-facing or right-facing side Although the sectional I purchased was temporarily out of stock at the time in Chicago I am very grateful and extremely impressed that both Quincy Design Consultant and Gleb Customer Service Manager went way out of their way to have the sectional shipped from another city I experience absolutely great customer service I plan on buying more items as their items are at a price-point I can afford but would expect to pay a great deal more somewhere else I also appreciate all of the time Quincy spent with me offering his design insights as opposed to selling He is a very polite person and their Chicago store is great
