I ordered shoes I didn t get them and I have no money

I ordered shoes rick owens drkshdw distressed low-top sneakers like a month ago and after i ordered them 18 june 2023 i received an email thats saying my order has been canceled and i will get my money back im waiting till this day 17 july 2023 to get my money back im trying contact modes but they doesnt response im worried about my money beacause that was like 530

I buyed pair of Alexander Mcqueen from them after two month shoes was deformed The sign of Alexander Mcqueen disappeared I m sure that they send me fake shoes and they were fake I send them shoes back to fix them because I already had pair of Alexander Mcqeen from Matchesfashion they were in great condition about 2 years but from them shoes was tottaly different I m 100 sure that i got fake shoes from Modes I send shoes before 4 month and I didn t recieve shoes yet They are answering me on email every 20 days they put me in a situation to threaten and curse them And they answered that they can not do anything about my case and that it s my fault because I washed shoes and that s why are they in bad condition that s not true I only cleaned them with wipes I never washed them the sneakers were different from the pair I bought from matches they are much lighter and have a different shape and the leather on shoes cracked after 2 months and the sneakers became deformed I bought man pair of Alexander and that s why I thinked that they are different from the pair from matchesfashion i just thougt that they are easier and different because it s for male that pair I want to advise you not to buy from them so that you do not find yourself in the same situation as me They are fake Ps Sorry for my english I m still learning I m from Croatia

I purchased the item for more than 300 EUR and they didn t allow to return it as they said it is a final sale It is ridiculous and illegal Never ever again

If your from the US don t order from here I was sent the wrong item and returned it two months ago and still haven t been refunded after 3 calls with customer service It truly has been a nightmare

Where s my item

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 1st August and am still waiting for them to be delivered They have been in clearance event since the 2nd August and having contacted customer services on two separate occasions I am no nearer knowing when and if they will be delivered I asked for a refund but I can t have one until they have been sent to me and I have returned them back With the current timescale this could be months I also didn t realised they were being shipped from Italy which if I d known would have stopped me from ordering Please be very careful before ordering from this company Read the small print and know beforehand where your item is being shipped from From a customer service standpoint being the purchaser I would think my request for a refund would have been sorted which would have prevented me from writing this negative review The order could have easily been cancelled and the goods returned to them by the courier It may also have swayed me in purchasing items from them in the future Not now

BUYER BEWARE I placed an order on 12 5 22 for an item that was supposedly in stock After a week I didn t get any notification of shipping so I followed up with customer service They then sent me a link to a tracking number shortly after Soon after that someone from the Concierge reached out to me and told me the item was not in stock and tried to get me to buy something else Frustrated with the conflicting information I requested a refund as I did not want to do any more business with this company When I reached out again to customer service after not receiving any refund they told me that they were rearranging shipment How can you rearrange shipment for something with no stock It has been nearly 3 weeks of this back and forth and I still have no refund and no answer as to what is happening with my order I don t know if this site is legitimate or if it s a scam I am out about 400 USD and worried I will never receive it back

Bought a Jacquemus shirt which shrunk after washing it for the first time very bad quality Then they told me they were reviewing the case for 3-4 months and then told me it wasn t possible to return the piece after wasting my time Worst experience ever and I paid 189 for this Don t order

Bitterly disappointing experience

Bitterly disappointing experience trying to buy some shoes Attempt 1 Kept being told the shoes I wanted couldn t be shipped to the UK even though I was on the UK website and the prices were in GBP Attempt 2 Managed to finally buy the shoes only to be told the next day that they were out of stock and the order was cancelled Attempt 3 Bought the shoes again in a different size it said there were 2 left in stock when checking out only to be told AGAIN the next day that they were out of stock Now the shoes are out of stock in all sizes and I am left extremely frustrated Customer service no where to be seen This was my first and final time trying to buy anything from modes com

This website contacted me to give me offers for vat free shopping when i bought from them they did not inform me that i have to pay for customs and duties in my country and they refuse to refund me and instead to give voucher to buy again under their conditions Its completely bad and unacceptable
