I do not have a review I ve only bought one item and I ve asked repeatedly 6 7 times to take me off of their email list Remove me I m tired of being polite I just want to get off their email and have them send me no more mail

I placed an order which I never received They only offer to refund via PayPal not original form of payment I m still waiting to hear back from them

Do not buy from Jane if there is any

Do not buy from Jane if there is any possibility you need to return an item You will wait days to get an e-mail response from Jane then they will tell you to return to a 3rd party When they receive confirmation from this third party then you can hope to get credit Well here it is a month later and still no credit for my return They are asking for the tracking number but it will be days again before they respond So don t do it unless you are for sure going to keep the item

I ordered some 3 tops from Jane I kept two but returned 1 I requested a refund and received a email that I should receive it in 3-5 business days It has been two weeks and still no refund I contacted them and got an email back saying they are backed up in answering and that their chat is not working Don t know if I will ever get a refund from them but will contact my bank I would not order from them again

This website sells a bunch of garbage

This website sells a bunch of garbage from cheap vendors and offers almost 0 support with returns which must be done individually per item at the buyers expense I just deleted my app after a few different bulk orders and almost complete disappointment

The worst customer service EVER They just ignore emails messenger fb tags Contacted them about an order I hadn t received and just crickets Don t buy from this company

JANE NO LONGER HAS DECENT MERCHANDISE OR PRICES

Jane used to be a fun unique place to shop They had boutique-like feminine merchandise at decent prices Now it s mostly boy style t-shirts sweatshirts tacky items complete junk along with kid stuff There isn t anything worth shopping for as far as females are concerned and their prices are absurd Almost all of the good sellers are gone so it s more like scam sellers from Amazon and eBay these days And since they don t care about their customers good luck getting a hold of anyone or getting a response each time there s an issue and there will be The Jane that I once shopped from is long gone

Terrible customer service

Their customer service and return policy is horrible You have to pay for shipping back and have to hound a customer service rep to even allow you to return something with so much online shopping available these days skip Jane com
