I m slowly replacing all my freediving gear with Molchanovs products I started with the hyper bifins which have by FAR the most comfy foot pockets of any fin around plus great performance Then I bought a mono for the same reasons comfort and performance The nose clips are the strongest and lowest profile around Recently I added a sport 2 5mm wetsuit to the collection way warmer and cheaper than my 3mm from another brand and so soft and stretchy to boot Finally I got me a pair of silicone training fins which are perfect for chucking in a shoulder bag when you are going to train after work or for a quick weekend away fun diving

I ve ordered so much gear from Molchanovs - mask snorkel wetsuit silicone bifins monofin carbon bifins and a fiberglass monofin all on separate orders at separate times When there are delays Molchanovs is very prompt in notifying me and letting me know when I should take action Gear arrives packaged very well I ve received broken bifins before from another company so I m very conscious about how items are shipped There was one time I had an issue with a product upon arrival but after I took photos and notified Molchanovs they sent me a replacement very quickly I ve ordered gear from quite a few brands and online shops and I d say Molchanovs is consistently reliable Plus their gear is truly premium - expensive yes but you get what you pay for And their customer service speaks for itself

I have reached out to info and to Anna for support on a lost package several times and have had very little communication Extremely frustrating I would like a refund as I have not yet received the fins

My experience with Molchanovs so far has been distressing horrific sad and depressing Receiving damaged products and being required to cover customs fees for replacement and delays affected me badly This has been going on for about 2 months Didn t expect this from Molchanovs Not happy at all

I ordered two hard monofin cases and only one of them came The one that came is damaged and the zipper does not work I have emailed the help center with no reply Very disappointed by the quality of product and customer service If no one from Molchanov responses I will have to report this company as fraud

Bad conditions

My men suit has arrived in very bad conditions with a lot of profond creases

Not a good experience won t be ordering again Poor communication and dreadful service Good luck

Change DPD very slow and unreliable Havent received my products yet Whats the point in branded products when I could by similar swimming apparel in my own city from Decathlon shop
