I have been a client for about 1 year I was unemployed and had to find a new job and fell 2 months behind paying my debt I sent them the money to make my debt current and they sat on my money for 2 weeks before paying my creditors This is completely unacceptable and will result in me filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau Paul Goodsaid

Money Management international made a mistake with my account sent me a refund check and that check was returned I ended up paying over 40 dollars in fees with my bank Now I called this profiling Every time I called a Spanish speaker operator took my call I don t speak Spanish but they figured my surname was enough reason to route my phone calls

They did nothing for me

Very disappointed experience As financial advisors and credit councilors they forget to disclose the most important part of the service They request to all your credit cards to be CLOSEDI started getting letters from Amex MasterCard Visa and even Amazon a week after I signed with this eminence of service So I am now totally screwed because nothing is worst for my credit score than the credit cards get closed by the creditors I WOULD NOT SUGGEST OR RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE I APPRECIATEStatus Update 03 01 2021A message was replied from someone saying that a Manager will contact me In the reality a customer service supervisor called me trying to convince himself that a recorded conversation was explaining this topic when it doesn t The issue with matter is so severe a damaging breaking the law that the credit card company was not able to explain how a third party can closed the account without my explicit request Also the money withdrawed from my bank account still hasn t been applied to any of my creditors but hasn t been refunded either NO GOOD

The interest rates listed for each creditor in the repayment plan agreement are incorrect and misleading When I do the loan amortization with the monthly payment over the term the interest rate of 2 they list turns into 13 in reality I would like someone in management to review the interest rates and monthly payments for my creditors

Absolute garbage All these companies care about is getting the banks paid in the end I m underwater working 60 hours a week and they can save me 300 dollars a month How does that help

Terrible experience After reaching an agreement with an agent and selecting the accounts to work on it takes 1 month to start collect the first payment and then send me messages to call them When I call them they tell me that I need to add more accounts and after talking for a while and commenting on what happened the girl tells me that if I want I can cancel everything and not do the job to finally hang up the phone and leave me talking They are truly unprofessional and disrespectful This is my number of client with them 38037732-1You can verify Terrible service

They don t Care the lady I spoke with told me to move from where I live to another complex I m about to be homeless I got third 10 Evocation notice because my Abusive Husband who is a Navy Veteran tried to do us harm after our Boston Terrier died from a Seizure conduction and not paying the Rent I hung up on her and Blocked the Number I will never trust this company She needs to BE FIRED

If you struggle financially albeit from a disorder or otherwise don t listen to the advisors - if it seems too good to be true it is unfortunately

So disappointed with service provided by CCCS Due to lack of communication and the miscommunication when it was communicated I canceled my agreement and I now have an agreement with a Debt Relief organization that came highly recommended They keep me informed My mind is at ease now that I m with an organization that s handling my business and the staff are professionals
