Just because you bought another company
does not make us second rate customers that should not get the same service as your new customers You bought Care One and I was at the end of my program I had maybe 4 payments left to maybe 2 creditors The last payment was so screwed up that it took a couple of weeks to straighten it up and then you still screwed up on the payment you paid your monthly fee to my creditor along with my final payment thank you for that extra 30 Every time we made arrangements for the final payment that was supposed to be an auto debit like all the years I was on the auto debit payment plan you guys waited too long and there was not enough funds to pull You guys tried this once or twice then even after you pulled my funds I still received an email saying you were concerned that the payment was not received You guys acted like I was mailing in my payment but you still debited my account for several months prior to that last pmt The girl I talked to on one occasion acted like she did not know what to do maybe it was her first day who knows But a service like you are offering messing with peoples money their livelihood should be on point accurate and god forbid the people working for you should at least act like they know what is going on and how to handle issues like mine I have been with several credit counseling agencies due to buy outs or going out of business and I have never been treated like you were clueless as to how to handle my account And if they came anywhere near that level of poor service they always offered to waive the monthly fee Get it together MMI or you will be loosing customers left and right If I had to go another year or more with your company I would have definitely switched to a different Credit Counseling Company

call there get transferred from one department to another because YOUR counselor no longer handles matters they don t communicate well

the reason is this I spent over 4 years paying 739 dollars a month to the company to pay off my credit cards They told me my discover card was paid I started getting calls from discover saying I owed them money Since I had received not a statement from discover in months and thought it was paid I thought that the machine calling me through discover was a scam for about 50 cents or so of residual money that escalated to about 4 dollars -when discover sent me a letter saying I was past due on my card I was surprised and immediately paid it I also now have a late payment report on my credit history I paid money management and trusted them to pay my card but instead after 4 years of paying them a high dollar fee I have a bad credit report I never had any other previous or after late payments they will result in thousands of dollars difference now in the loan I am trying to get for a house Thanks for nothing
