I liked the counseling staff

I liked the counseling staff My husband had been resisting other debt management companies but since my union at work recommended MMI we felt confident we could work with them We are new to the program but so far everything seems to be going well We desperately needed help they are there with reasonable fees good service

I have only been in the program for more than a couple months but so far so good I know that I really have along way to go for me to pay off my debt but I believe that with the help of these people in this program there s a big chance I can and I will wake up one day debt free with savings Thank you very much MMI Especially to Pam Myers So pleasant and has a unlimited patience

Good ongoing service

They ve been great since getting set up The initial agent was supportive personable and professional My only problem was getting the auto deduction set up correctly with my bank I don t know which end was at fault but MMI s service has been perfect since getting over that bump

I believe I ve used them before so that s why I considered doing business with them again I didn t choose to go with them because it didn t make sense for my situation but I was left with a pleasant experience where I didn t feel pressure to choose one way or another Even though I didn t choose to use their services I still got a good quality action plan from my free consultation with them

Rejected proposal

Everything seemed okay from the beginning but it has been almost a month I made a payment and only one creditor has accepted the proposal and one rejected What happens when a creditor rejects the proposal No one has contacted me Do I need to be paying that company the credit card is through They also say counselors are available 24 7 but you can t talk to anyone Saturday or Sunday

We are so happy to have consolidated

We are so happy to have consolidated our payments into one payment that one entity is paying out on However it s been tough getting all our creditors to communicate with us and some don t like that we ve begun using MMI so they give me a hard time This process overall is a good one but it hasn t been without frustrations That being said MMI staff are always ready to help me and give me good advice on how to handle the situations that have come up

My experience has been minimal

My experience has been minimal Since I started my payment plan a few years ago I have had limited contact with customer service I would like to have at least annual contact with someone from the company At least I would be able to talk about my progress and see how much longer I have left on my payments I guess I ll have to initiate contact on my own

The agents were very helpful and understanding with any concerns I had while making payments to my creditors They were also supportive and provided information on how there program works They have high ethical standards and take these values seriously I highly recommend Money Management International to anyone who wishes to have an advocate in debt management
