Right of Withdrawal on Paper – Extremely Expensive Returns in Reality
Worst shopping experience I have ever had.
I purchased a rotary attachment that unfortunately turned out to be unsuitable for my machine. The product was not defective, and I requested a return well within the withdrawal period.
That's when the surprise came:
- 15% service/restocking fee
- Shipping costs deducted, despite the product being advertised with free shipping
- Return shipping costs deducted
- An additional €20 inspection/restocking fee
In other words, you technically have a right to return the product, but the return costs and deductions are made so high that returning it hardly makes financial sense.
I have never experienced anything like this with any other company. Extremely disappointing and definitely not a company I will buy from again.
