I hate the idea of sueing anyone but I contacted this firm due to its advertising and A friend who does youtube videos used them I have what could be a vaccine injury and a malpractice law suit and i spent 45 min to an hour talking to someone from the company that is thier I guess to weed out all the riff-raff we ll it is clear that if you are proposing a major class action lawsuit then they are not interested and they would transfer you to one of their partner law firns essentially the B or C string lawfirm out of someone s basement this company in my opinion sucks and they will not help you so do not waste your time you would have more chance in getting help from the local 7 11 employee on your law case then these loosers Beware they are a shit outfit

As of 12 19 24 I regret signing on with Morgan morgan I currently pay them weekly It feels like i have no protection or representation If anything changes i will update this post The insurance company we are suing is kicking my ass My side files paperwork late which has me in a messed up position right now Im afraid of what my future holds because i still have to go through the settlement process with these same lawyers Im screwed They only give me updates on my case if i call repeatedly I feel like i fell for a bait and switch scam Please pray for me my family If they sabotage my settlement im contacting the news and whoever else will listen

After 5 months of very few updates

After 5 months of very few updates my dog bite case was dropped I have a thumb which is disabled I finally learned today that my case was dropped because they ONLY Work with homeowners claims and not willing to do anything else to help a disabled client I sure wish I knew this before accepting them Maria Escobar who did finally speak to me after this length of time Believe me there are other options but M M is a false advertiser Do NOT USE this company They are misadvertised

Bottom line Morgan Morgan accepted two cases for me At two separate locations And I was supposed to get millions of dollars but they dropped both cases They wanted me to settle but I didn t want to Because that what I hire them for to get me what I deserved They LIE

Morgan and Morgan totally treated me as a NOBODY I only received 1200 and Morgan and Morgan took over 3000 00 My lawyer only spoke to me once And lead me to believe I was taking the necessary procedures by going to the doctors and chiropractor weekly The person I spoke with was the case manager who totally just took all of my complaints and tears and said we are sorry but this is the bottom case I suggest never use Morgan and Morgan unless you have a big time case I should have walked away with over 13000 00 instead 1200 00 Thank you for nothing Morgan and Morgan Terrence Green

By far the worst law firm

By far the worst law firm They took 4 years to get a settlement on my parent s settlement on their roof being damaged during the Tampa hurricanes When it came for time to release the money they keep stalling to give my parents their half yet somehow managed to receive theirs immediately Everytime my parents inquire how to get their settlement money they somehow produce another road block and don t provide any details on how to do it Their business model is predatory deceptive and they are causing undue distress on two senior citizens Give my parents their money We are still waiting do not book them even if they re the last lawyers on earth you might spend over a decade to get money that is irrefutably yours

I give the one star After I reached out to this firm online I did receive call backs starting January 13 2025 I spoke with Jesse on January 14 advised in order to send my case to an attorney he needed me to get some information from SSA When I called back with the information I had to repeat everything I stated on the 14th to another individual who told me Morgan and Morgan could not take my case but I should keep look in the WHITE PAGES for another law firm I was advised she could not disclose the reason why If you listen or read this firms website The attorney is expressing how he and his firm looks out for the underdog Wow I did not even get to speak to an attorney or a paralegal to explain anything Free consultation does not mean you will have one with a licensed individual but rather a call center
