Induction hob compliant saucepan
Have wanted a good induction hob 20cm saucepan for months our 22 year old pan has worn out The Morphy Richards saucepan is absolutely great and has the added lid draining features which are very useful Washes well in the dishwasher All in all we re delighted with it

Excellent Service
Had an issue with my bread maker spoke to Jess and she provided me with some things to try that didn t work I thought I would have to buy a new one but as I was still under guarantee she advised me that I could get a replacement everything was sorted within 2 days and today my replacement was delivered and now I can get back to baking Excellent customer service Jess thank you for all you help

Extended warranty honoured
On this occasion a fatal fault developed on the Morphy Richards saut soup maker I bought less than two years ago which was still under their extended warranty I received excellent service and arrangements have now been made for me to receive a replacement

Excellent Serice
I contacted Morphy Richards with a query about some credit that I received in 2022 This credit was given to me because our microwave stopped working and as Morphy Richards no longer sold microwaves they gave me credit There was still a small amount of credit left outstanding and this was honoured without fuss and dealt with very quickly I m very impressed by the service I received particularly by Jessica and as I said this query was dealt with efficiently and quickly

Excellent customer service
Had to contact Morphy Richards about a problem with a steam iron which I had previously registered for their warranty cover It wasn t clear to me whether I needed to approach Consumer Brands or Morphy Richards direcly so I plumped for Morphy Richards My e-mail was replied to promptly and I dealt with one customer service advisor - the excellent Jess - from start to finish There were quite a few hurdles to clear but I understand why there need to be such hurdles The steam iron ended up needing to be replaced under the warranty but regardless of this outcome I was very impressed with how Jess managed the process from start to finish Very many thanks Jess

Speedy response and excellent recommended fix thank you
My steam generator iron was losing steam and power very quickly and only allowing me to iron for ten minutes at a time I thought that there was a fault with the auto-clean function and so wrote to Customer Service I had a response very quickly The response was polite informative and tailored specifically to my problem I was quite sceptical but tried the recommended action The Advisor Emma remained in touch and was polite and patient throughout I m delighted to say the fix worked It s a fantastic iron and I was so pleased to learn something new that will help if the problem arises again and also in doing a little bit of extra regular maintenance to preserve its life
