I experienced an unfortunate series of breakdowns with my Dishwasher which required an engineer visit This inconvenience was mitigated by the level of support from the Smeg team Always quick to respond and arrange a fix When the fixes didn t rectify the faults Smeg provided a replacement Dishwasher which was delivered and fitted at no cost to me Thank you

LOUISE WORKED A MIRACLE
I would like to thank Louise and Poppy at Smeg UK headquarters and customer services for their great help in solving a problem with a faulty coffee machine that is had last week Louise arranged for a new replacement machine to be sent to me and it arrived just four days later They worked in a very caring and patient way which i really appreciated because i am over 80 years old Thank you girls and well done You worked a miracle between you all and your manager I am now one elderly HAPPY BUNNY XXX

Scratch on Smeg Fridge Freezer
I managed to scratch the corner of our new Smeg fridge freezer so I contacted Smeg Customer Care to see if you can buy colour matched touch-up paint Within minutes I received a reply from Jo in the Customer Care team offering to send me a touch-up pen FOC which was dispatched the same afternoon What fantastic service thank you so much

What a pleasure to speak with a real
What a pleasure to speak with a real human being Louise sent a quick email response offering us a new replacement for our faulty Smeg Tall fridge Hurrah Unfortunately there are none in the country for 5 - 6 weeks not her fault and I noticed that Smeg specifically say the warranty will still run from the original purchase date 3 months ago Boo I telephoned and spoke to Jo who was friendly and understood my point that it was a little unfair that the warranty continued to run out whilst we are without a fridge at all She has made an exception and will reset the warranty start date from when the new fridge arrives Result is a happy customer who would reccommend Smeg to anyone Thank you both

Great customer service
My smeg kettle was leaking and I contacted customer service Although I was over my warranty period Smeg did offer me a new kettle at a small charge I was happy with this offer and thought Steph at customer service handled tmy issue very well

I was introduced to Smeg a couple of years ago by a friend At the time I wondered what all the fuss was about even though their appliances looked pretty But I was sold and ended up buying a kettle and toaster All of their appliances are truly worth the extra spend as they not only look gorgeous but function perfectly I ve never had any faults with their products but I accidentally burnt the wire on my toaster and Smeg replaced it with a brand-new one To say I am thrilled is an understatement This experience is why I will always be a loyal customer because they are so loyal to their customers Thank you Jo and Dominic for your help and wonderful customer service you ve been a dream L

I had a problem with paint blistering
I had a problem with paint blistering on the doors of my Smeg range cooker Smeg replaced the doors as a goodwill gesture as they said it was not a manufacturing fault However I found their rep Steph to be very helpful and courteous dealing with the issue The only downside was I had to pay120euro to the engineer But overall I would be very happy to buy Smeg again

Excellent customer service from Olivia
I visited the flagship regent st and I was welcomed by a member of staff who I now know to be Olivia Currently I am undergoing a major renovation and an upgrade of a new kitchen which will require a new cooker After speaking to Olivia she knew exactly what I needed she informed me of the specification of the product and features I looked at the A4 model initially but decided for the A5 opel I would like to point out that the one of the reason why I decided to purchase the cooker from smeg was due Olivia excellent customer service she answered all the question i asked and was very patient with me She even made me a coffee she went the extra mile she is truly a credit to your team I will be back to purchase a coffee machine and hope to see Olivia again
