Delivered on time and very comfortable

Delivered on time and very comfortable The only issues are that the material makes it difficult to insert and tighten screws- we had to leave 1 out as this proved impossible to tighten up Also the instructions- pictures only- are much too small so difficult to follow However the chair once assembled is worth the money

We ordered two reclining chairs which were good value The chairs looked nice and the colour perfect from your pictures One of the chairs did not recline properly but Morris sent out a Homeserve technician who fixed our problem free of charge The factory who made the chair had assembled the frame inside the back support in reverse

Excellent customer service

Morris Living s staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with and very helpful through the process especially when a couple of connecting bolts were missing from the package The chair we purchased is very solid and pretty easy to build and the leather lovely quality The only reason I haven t awarded 5 stars is the colour isn t as shown on the website Husky colour is a mid-shade greeny grey and not pale dove grey as shown many times on the site

Delivery and communication good apart from actual day Mum had to contact you an hour after slot time ended to be told drivers were in traffic Would be helpful to keep customer informed without them having to chase up Product good so far and set up and removal of old chair all done with no issues

Easy to order and arrived quickly however box was covered in tape saying repacked by d p d and legs were all missing Contacted store and they quickly sent legs however that parcel also said repacked Happy with chair and stool but suggest use different courier or better packing

After quite a bit of research we decided on Morris Living as it seemed they had a good range of recliner chairs offering quality at a very reasonable price So far our choice is proving correct Initial phone call was received both professionally and in a friendly manner The website was easy to navigate Delivery was just 3 days The chair itself is just we hoped Suits our decor just the right size is so far very comfortable and of sturdy construction Thank you

Fixtures for legs missing

Prompt delivery Nice product Difficulty locating all the fixtures for attaching the legs as these weren t in a bag but loose and rattling around inside the base of the chair Had to supply own to be able to complete attaching the legs as we needed the chair immediately

A reconditioned item but v g quality Delivery very prompt Helpful conversations on phone about a couple of queries Only thing that stopped 5 stars was the delivery itself was a bit slapdash and there was an extra power supply transformer included which confused us packing error apparently and 3 pin plug impressions on the front ot the chair packing again Both dealt with very well over the phone

Arrived on time Lovely comfortable chair Would have given it 5 but had a small issue with one of the bolts which was dealt with very efficiently Would recommend this company
