Great company to deal with had a call to arrange delivery Arrived on time very happy with my chair

I ordered a chair which was advertised and discounted as refurbished but I can happily report it actually looks like new I d seen a lot of great reviews for Morris Living but also noted that their customers have complained about delivery - usually DPD I got lucky in that a Morris driver Martin was passing through my area so it was arranged that he would deliver the chair direct to me himself He was lovely Assembled the chair took away the packaging job done I had received a previous call from the Morris Living office to tell me my delivery day they said it d be around midday and that I d get a call about an hour before delivery Sure enough Martin called me at 11 30 to say he was about 45 mins away Superb customer service and communication the best price for a chair of this type that I could find anywhere online faux leather too which was a bonus superb build quality and not a mark on it I m chuffed to bits with my chair and the service I received I would highly recommend Morris Living with bells on

Emailed the company asking questions about a chair if it was flat packed or not Prompt helpful answer I ordered and in less than a week the item arrived was built and installed Exceeded my expectations Very happy to recommend this company The chair is exactly what I wanted

Excellent service from Rob at the on-site showroom of Morris Living in South Yorkshire We looked at a wide variety of recliner seats and bought and took away two seats and footstools which they had in stock The finished quality is excellent and two weeks of usage have shown how comfortable they are Admittedly construction is a bit of a challenge but the back and bottom sections do fit together It s a two person task but the finished seat is great

I purchased the Lyon Leather Swivel Recliner in November 2024 I have always been impressed with my purchase This month probably from my rough handling it started to slope to one side I contacted Morris Living to ask if I could buy a new part to fix the problem The fast friendly service I was given by Dominic was impressive and even though the first part sent was not what I needed they persevered with me and within 4 days of my first request my chair is like new again And I did not have to pay anything In an age where you are happy to get a reply within a week I just had to hi light the morris livings excellent customer service

The site was easy to view Easy to order a quick delivery Chairs were well packaged and easy to assemble Now in place and very comfortable

Did a lot of homework trying to find a chair for mother who had had a stroke and wanted a reclining chair with easy controls that didn t cost the earth Found Morris Living website on google Now most chairs especially the bespoke or made to measure ones are an extortionate price Mum did not want to pay thousands as she had to pay for care so we were really surprised to find reasonably priced chairs exactly to our wish list Yes it s refurbished but there is nothing wrong with it In fact we couldn t be happier It s a lovely chair beautiful colours and does what it s supposed to Morris Living were easy to deal with Arranged a suitable courier and provided an option to have the chair built and tested We were extremely pleased with the quality and the whole ordering process Thank you Morris Living You ve provided mum with a comfortable option other than staying in bed Would highly recommend

I bought a rise recline chair for my mother who lives in a nursing home The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions The chair was delivered on the 14th January The delivery driver was brilliant he unpacked the chair made sure all connections were working and removed all the packaging It was much cheaper than local shops Mum is so much more comfortable
