I was in the middle of a refinance on an investment property with Mortgage solutions financial They told me they would match the other lender competing for my business I decided to pursue the refinance with them as I have used this particular lender sales manager before Mortgage Solutions changed their mind and decided NOT to approve the lender credit that was promised to me I will NOT bring them my business or refer my clients to this company as I am a top producing real estate agent and real estate investor This company can not be trusted

Very dishonest business practices Will tell you to sign their disclosures to keep the process moving Loan officers are extremely unprofessional Will request prior CD s so that they can have something to work toward I went with another mortgage lender and my closing was 1 4 of what MSF was quoting me Loan officer even referred to me as a jack off I haven t dealt with them since 2018 but they re attempting to gain my business after are disastrous attempt to be my mortgage lender that went south with a quickness due to their dishonest practices Avoid at all costs CFPB Notified Mark Faulkenberry and Robert Stern shouldn t be trusted

This company is horrible We got dragged along for almost 2 months trying to refinance with them as I m explaining we re in dire need of help I had to call back multiple times just to get answers after being told they would call back Long story short they have no idea what s going on amongst them selves and are not willing to help longtime customers in anyway

I signed documents to get the preapproval process going back on April 8th It is now June 6th and I don t have a clue where I stand and I feel like i m being strung along My loan officer hasn t been communicating with me at all even after being told good news on several occasions This has been dragging on for 3 months despite my very quick turnaround sending required docs same day or next day I m frustrated

This company is not good or friendly to Veterans or Small Bussines Owners I am an honorably discharged Veteran Have owned my own Bussines for 30 years Have been profitable for the last 28 years and have a credit score of 800 They have cost my wife and I our dream house I should have gone to m local bank in the 1st place They are very good and are taking good care of us

I used Tiffany McCall a loan officer for Mortgage Solutions in the past when one of my clients contacted me wanting to sell her house and purchase another Since Tiffany was used on her first transaction I contacted her to have my client get prequalified for another home purchase The next thing I know Tiffany gave my client to her boyfriend that is a real estate broker to sell her house and find her another house I contacted her manager and they did NOTHING They promised to provide a qualified buyer to me but they have NOT done so

Stay away of mortgage solutions financial We are first time home buyers and had Rita Rebollar NMLS 508503 as our loan officer It was bad from the beginning This woman ran our credit without our permission Red flag We should have ran but decided to forgive her and move forward During our escrow we had to pry information details that we needed to know out of her Even then she was very deceitful When we decided to stop signing forms until they were explained thoroughly Her and her realtor partner boyfriend forged our signatures After putting up 2000 on this home buying process we fell out of escrow When this happened she said our loan wasn t going to be approved anyways She threw a fit and decided to block me and my husband completely She committed fraud and misrepresented herself Do yourself a favor and choose a different lender or at least a different loan officer

Like all the others I like to give a zero rating We ve been working on a loan since July 31 2023 it s now November and guess what no loan we ve paid 800 for a home appraisal and numerous renovations that s cost thousands I m guessing the upfront appraisal money is the scam they re pulling on everyone and I m sure most people won t take the time to write a review about it and mark it up as a loss I for one am sick and tired of being taken advantage of by such scum bags feeding off hard earned money I m not done I ll be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission as well This needs to be stopped

I want to thank everyone that left a review From the bottom of my heart I am so sorry everyone experienced such a horrific experience during a time that is already stressful enough I was referred to this company and want to thank you for saving me and my family
