Do not use this company

Do not use this company I refinance my house at the end of 2020 I thought I was getting an excellent rate and a wonderful mortgage payment Turns out somebody made a discrepancy in my taxes and I was not informed about it for a whole year There is a 9400 discrepancy in my account and basically my payment is now exactly the same as before I refinance because we re trying to pay my taxes off I reached out to the company and that s all they did spread it out in 24 months after i had no way of knowing about this for a whole year so I have the exact same payment that I had before I refinanced Mortgage solutions lol what a joke Save your money

Find another company

They do not communicate effectively and you might end up being thrown out of your house I would not recommend to any person they are so unorganized They do increase their mortgage payment and their customer care services are poor

If it was possible to choose a negative amount of starts for a rating I absolutely would This company has had the paperwork for THREE MONTHS They knew the closing date and gave us the run around every time they spoke with us or our realtor They delayed the purchase of our dream home because of negligence We have been told that we might be able to close on our current home five different days We have taken days off of work because we were told we would be able to close one day just to wake up and find out it wasn t going to happen There was no truthful information given just a run around Absolutely awful service Dino has done an awful job and not been helpful or productive

They cheated a family out of there home

They cheated a family out of there home in cold blood I heard they fired the loan officer that was working on there case right before the closing and FAILED to notify anyone Not title not bower lender no one It put a good innocent family on the streets with a baby infant They promise over and over that everything was good Were good for closing the house wont get foreclosed be veeery werie if you work with mortgage solutions financial

If I could give this loan company less than 1 Star I would My husband found these guys and really trusted them with the process They said we were pre-approved just needed the paper work Everything seemed to take FOREVER We finally got a call from OUR relator letting us know the sellers realtor contacted her because the underwriters for OUR loan contacted the sellers and told them we DID NOT QUALIFY If that doesn t scream shady I don t know what does Even if we didn t qualify why are you speaking to the sellers if we are apply for a loan from this company I would NEVER recommend this company even if someone was buying a DOG HOUSE

This is a sham of a company promise

This is a sham of a company promise you the 3 option and very poor communication skills Triple B mortgage be careful waste of time and I m pretty sure the 5 stars on this site are workers of the company trying to boost their reputation this is a loan shark by definition trying to scam you of your home time and money

DONE WITH THEM

I am currently working with this company and the after the reviews I have read I know firsthand these people are not lying I have been asked twice to send the same information to them and then it s weeks or months before I hear anything back I was talking to a co-worker about them and he said they did the same thing to him and this man has no reason to lie I have tried to be patient and understanding with them but after my experience so far reading these reviews and what my co-worker told me I m done with them I m taking my business elsewhere

As a real estate broker I am a huge advocate for my buyers When my buyers are dissatisfied so am I This company is unorganized and lacks the communication skills necessary in a real estate transaction My clients are very unhappy with what they have experienced Their loan did NOT close on time and they were never given any clear straight forward answers when questions were asked There is nothing systematic about this company s process My clients have A1 credit a very strong financial profile and should have never been taken through the ringer the way have been Buyers be aware and run the other way

They claim to help people get their own house through their financial solutions However they ll get you in deep debt you ll eventually lose your house They are good in making promises and persuading you into contract with them- even when you really can t afford it Be wiser than them and walk away
