Do not use this company

My dad ordered an engine from this company and was told it would take 7-10 working days After 20 working days the engine has not arrived despite paying 1800 We have been fobbed off constantly even after explaining this is having an affect on my job within the NHS as I m having to car share with my dad Customer service is absolutely terrible I have asked to speak to a manager twice but have not been put through to one I was even called by the name of Mr Robertson who has also left a review after clearly having issues

not a honouring company with prices

quoted me online for some parts and then had phone conversation with additional parts added but once the order was being placed they said they had quoted on older model but had the reg details posted on the online quote enquirey the prices went up nearly double was hoping to do repeat business as I am a motor trader but not when you cant get accurate pricing on what your buying

This company will tell you what you want to hear to keep you happy unfortunately they will not keep to their word I purchased a gearbox from them the most expensive on the website was promised delivery within 7 working days when i didnt receive the item as promised i rang them and was told that the gearbox would be with me in 2 more days i was given a tracking number but couldnt find the illusive gearbox after several fone calls my gearbox was delivered 12 days after the initial date that i was promised as luck would have it i knew the delivery driver and he showed me the dispatch invoice the gearbox was dispatched 4 days previous to me receiving it from nottingham Definately wont use this crowd again cant be trusted
