Dont buy stuff from this scammer He is even not worth 1 star I order a lot of perfume in march of 2023 and he promised everything but never got any perfume of refund He blocked me on everything so I can not reach this guy

Didn t even want to give one star ordered oils back in October never received sent emails never replied sent messages on social media never replied don t bother buying from the con man

Placed an order on the 31st of August delivery said it would take around 2 weeks and I ve still not received my order I ve tried emailing on numerous occasions and also commenting on videos on his TikTok but he s just removed my comments clearly a scam so DONT BUY I want a full refund and compensation

It s been over 3 years and still not received my order Paid 200 for the VIP subscription which he has conveniently removed from his website This guy is a joke and a thief Please save your money if you value it Absolutely disgusting behaviour from somone who promotes himself as middle class man

Conman Poor customer service AVOID

Really disappointed as a first time buyer my order never arrived I ordered SE26 several weeks ago and it never turned up Now I know things can take time and also things get lost etc so I reached out via TikTok and emails to jury s fragrance several times for A response and update and have not heard back once Awful customer service and given my experience I d suggest to all buyers to think again before handing your hard earned money to this man I have to say the content roped me in but the experience has been awful please avoid

Shambles

ordered a bottle of bond street end of july and still have recieved no oils tried to contact jury via whatsapp and got no where seems like hes not really bothered or really cares to help a supporter whos been around before he even blew on tiktok if i had any recomendations do not buy from here as this is the second time this has happened to me

Order hasn t arrived after nearly 3 weeks

I am now accepting the fact that this parcel isn t coming It s pushing 3 weeks now since I ordered the fragrance oils from this website and I haven t received them I was in contact with the owner of the company and he claimed to have sent my order out but still nothing yet I already put a review on around a week ago but I deleted it as he got in contact with me and I thought the order would have arrived by now but that wasn t the case Really gutted about this as I liked this guy and his content

I have ordered twice from Mr Jury the first time my order was a week late with no communication This time my order is currently a week later again no communication I have left multiple messages on his TikTok videos but he just deletes them I ve been giving him the benefit as I want the product but will now request a refund

Worst customer service ive waited almost 3 weeks now and my item still hasnt been shipped this guy doesnt even respond to emails or messages or anything I cant even get a refund cuz in order to get it this lazy scammer needs to respond to his email
