This review is updated please scroll down to read the update Does not respond to emails and don t ship your order Item is payed but I get absolutely no response from them Update They finally answered after I reported them to the police and made the trustpilot review And they also sent the confirmation email saying that the package was fulfilled shipped Which I didn t get before that They didn t have any reviews on here until I made one All of a sudden there is a lot of fake reviews for Mr Jury in the span of a couple hours Mr Jury wanted me to delete the review and he said it was extremely unfair uncalled for in the emails The website states that shipping time is 2-3 days on ALL orders And yes is says ALL orders in caps on the website There was no information about international orders on the site This is as fair as it gets if you don t respond to customers asking about their order that hasn t been shipped this is exactly what you should expect A trustpilot review and I m grateful that trustpilot exists And the fact that he couldn t justify not replying to my emails regarding my order and only caring about this trustpilot review Update 17 04 -2023 Finally shippedAfter endless mailing with Mr Jury he finally sent out a tracked package It is currently on it s way I m disappointed with how long it actually took for the package to be sent It s way outside the estimated shipping time 1 5 months have passed since I made the order on the website My experience has not been great but I appreciate the help from Mr Jury Nonetheless the issue was resolved in the end I promised to edit my 1 star review so here it is Thank you Mr JuryUpdate 27 04 - 2024The perfume arrived and I m very happy with it Very strong and smells great Scent 8 10Longevity 10 10Projection 7 5 10Price 10 10It s a bit heavy and sweet for warm weather but I would definitely recommend getting this one can t go wrong

Honest review The actual product Can t fault it Smells outstanding lasts hours and overall a good product On the other hand everything else that comes with the product is awful Delivery time states 2-3 days It has taken over 10 days for both my orders to come with no updates When you message him you get no answer straight away and when you do it s a sob story about Royal Mail The strikes were months ago and it s still his excuse All you see is the good comments he gets on his Instagram and like I mentioned product is very good but if the customer service and delivery time was better this would be a completely different review

Mr Jury s products really confuse me I bought a 6ml bottle of bond street musk and although it took a while to arrive I loved it It has a fantastic smell and performance exactly as advertised I liked it so much I decided to purchase Bond Street EDP I ordered this on the 8th of May and I still haven t received the item Annoyingly I ordered this item to my uni address and since then I ve had to move out of this house I can no longer receive the item and upon emailing Mr jury I received little communication On the 6th of June Mr Jury emailed me saying that my order had been lost and he would re-send the product I ordered I moved out of my uni house on the 31st of July over a month after it was meant to be redelivered and almost 3 months after I originally purchased the item I ve since contacted Mr Jury via Instagram as I was not getting replies via email and the situation has not been resolved I know the product is great but it s just such a shame that delivery times are very long and the communication is very bad

Although i had bad experiences with customer service I ordered again in hope my experience would be different this time because I really like their products However once again he s ignoring my messages on WhatsApp although I know he previews them if you order expect to wait at least two months to receive your product and poor customer service they ll constantly lie about sending it out and the whereabouts of your product It s truly a shame because the oils smell amazing

I have a few things wrong with my latest order I ordered on the 23rd May and only receive it on the 7th June I could ve ordered from his supplier from the other side of the world and receive it at a similar time I accept there was a bank holiday in between but i I was told it would be delivered on Saturday 3rd June but it was still 4 days after I also didn t receive a shipment confirmation email so I had no idea whether it had even been shipped only after I started talking to jury on WhatsApp he sent me the confirmation the day after When the product did arrive I was met with a good product though

Took 4 months to arrive and still missed 2 bottles of my order fragrances are nice but customer support is appalling wouldn t order again bit of a brazy long wait

On his website it states you will receive your order in 2-3 days and get tracking details a picture of a 2nd class postage label is not tracking there is no tracking number available when ordering bond street EDP once dispatched you get nothing I ve asked plenty times about my orders he says it was fulfilled on his end I ordered in December 2023 and still nothing Update January 22nd 2024 so I ve upped my star rating from 1 to 2 I finally received 2 bottles of fragrances out of 4 so waiting on the other 2 but I received bond street musk and SE26 both do smell very nice strong I haven t tried them on my skin yet but I feel they will be long lasting So just waiting on the other 2 fragrances but delivery times take a long long time Update still waiting on my last 2 bottles but he has since gone radio silent doesn t respond to my messages that s another red flag the delivery times are awful so is the customer service It s a shame he s just going to end up ruining himself

Just very poor delivery times get it a second chance but still very poor shame really as product is good

Right I don t know where to start tbh as I let the first couple of orders slide assuming it was just delays with RM as told by jury but this is the 4th time I ve ordered now and been waiting weeks for the products to arrive and having chase up which is a task in itself trying to get a reply from these guys about your order My order currently is 3788 ordered before Xmas Estimated 3-5th jan delivery email on 1st saying it s on way and still nothing And this has happened every time I don t understand why is such a long turnaround from ordering Most of the other guys such as Ragnar and melite etc turnaround orders within 1-2 days of ordering Never had problems with them Now I can t knock the quality and performance of the products at all bond street is one of my fave scents absolute 10 10 so got no qualms whatsoever with the products and their quality It s just let down by the poor delivery times and customer service when trying to chase orders up many times been told will get it resent with something extra for the trouble but never get that extra thing don t promise things and not fulfil them I m not bothered as just want what was originally ordered but I also can t stand when someone says they will do something and don t do it So to summarise Products are 10 10Turnaround delivery and customer service is a total let down 2 10 Hence why I have gone for 3 stars Product would get a full house of stars no doubt I wouldn t have left this review if it happened a couple of times out of the few times I ve ordered But this has happened with every order I ve placed now Update managed to get a reply from the email on text Someone said hey it s Wayne from Jurys fragrance here mate and then when I replied he read it and then ghosted me What is going on What sort of customer service is that I m fumingFinally got a reply saying the order will be resent So let s see if it turns up Nothing arrived today So definitely not next day delivery as they say Will give it til Monday Tuesday Really starting to lose my patience with this oneUpdate 1st feb Still no delivery Spoke to jury on phone last week who said was getting this re sent with extras for inconvenience and was going to send me tracking number And guess what No tracking number and still no delivery I m appalled by this service Such a shame as well because the fragrances really are top quality Just massively let down by all of this

Ordered on 17th October and have sent 2 emails asking what is going on with no reply Quick enough to take the money and still do videos on TikTok but not send the paid for items Delivery said 24th-26th October but nothing has arrived and no response Received email from Mr Jury dated 15 11 2023 saying replacements are being sent out and will be with me in 1-2 working days Today is 24th November and still nothing has turned up but I m not surprised save your money and shop elsewhere This morning 25th Nov the items finally turned up I didn t really want to write a bad review as the products themselves are brilliant and you cant fault them The distribution side of the business really needs to be sorted out as its bad and really puts you off buying again Hopefully he will get this sorted as I really like the product but not the hassle of getting it actually delivered
