We recently had the pleasure of working with the Manager and assistant site manager Matt and Ashley at the Braintree development in the process of moving into our new build home and I must say their performance was exceptional From the moment we met they displayed a remarkable level of attentiveness ensuring that all our concerns and queries were promptly addressed Their helpfulness was truly commendable as they went above and beyond to assist us with any issues that arose during the move-in process Moreover their thoroughness was evident in their attention to detail They meticulously inspected every aspect of the property to ensure that everything was in order before we settled in Their commitment to ensuring our satisfaction was truly reassuring and greatly appreciated Additionally we cannot overstate how friendly and approachable they were throughout our interactions They consistently maintained a positive attitude and made us feel welcome in our new home Their friendly approach helped alleviate any stress associated with the moving process making the experience much more enjoyable Overall I would highly recommend both Matt and Ashley for their exceptional performance Their attentiveness helpfulness thoroughness and friendly demeanor made the transition into our new build home a seamless and pleasant experience They are a true asset to the Mulberry team and we are most grateful for their outstanding service

Amazing Customer Service

I purchased a Mulberry item a few months ago for a wonderful friends 50th birthday from John Lewis but unfortunately it did not come with any packaging so on the weekend I contacted Mulberry customer service via email asking if I could purchase additional gift packaging to my surprise I received a response within an hour from one of the customer service agents informing me that he had arranged for additional packaging to be sent out to me and that it was free of charge I received the packaging within two days of sending the email and was able to give my friend the lovely item I have been shopping with Mulberry for many years and after the service provided I will be for many more

outstanding customer service for a British Australian customer

As a Mulberry customer of many years both in the UK and Australia I wanted to share the fantastic customer service experience provided by Lauren Vincent Digital Customer Services Advisor I purchased three bags from the Mulberry UK website in December to be delivered to an Australian address and unfortunately on receipt one of the bags had been crushed in transit despite being packaged well and didn t look likely to be able to be straightened out despite stuffing it with paper for a couple of days for it to relax back into shape I got in touch to explain what had happened and was smoothly guided through the UPS courier collect process by Lauren so that the bag could be exchanged As an aside UPS are a nightmare to deal with in Australia Collection was arranged and new bag is on the way Lauren was in touch throughout so I wasn t passed around numerous advisors and having re re explain each time and she even got in touch to check that the courier had picked up the bag There were also issues with duties with the exchanges bag coming back into Australia I got in touch with the customer care team and was passed back to Lauren who managed the issue efficiently and drama free I ve read some terrible reviews of Mulberry but please remember for all the people who complain a LOT are very happy I m extremely lucky and have 8 of these bags - and will continue to buy them because not only are they beautifully and robustly made they re timeless classic and understated As a side note - to anybody based in Australia wishing to purchase ho on the UK site and at delivery select Australia as your shipping country Mulberry Au has far less stock and choice

Brilliant service and repair

I am very impressed with Mulberry s customer service and repairs I have a black Bayswater that I ve used and abused as a work bag for over a decade and I really thought it might be beyond repair I was looking at the costs of repairs elsewhere when I realised that Mulberry offer a repair service It wasn t cheap about half the cost of a new bag which is comparable to other bag repair companies but wow - what a result The leather has been fully restored to black it was a scruffy sad dry dull dirty dark grey when I sent it to them the corners have been restitched so that there are no longer holes there the worn handles have been replaced although you d never know it because they match the bag perfectly as has the worn metal hardware I found it hard to find examples of Mulberry repairs online so it was an expensive leap of faith but the results really are as good as I could have hoped for and I have no regrets about paying to have my trusty bag restored rather than buying a new one Throughout the process the customer service team were excellent at communicating the options available to me and kept me up to date with what was going on and responded speedily to any queries I had The repair was turned around within about six weeks which was much more quickly than I as expecting 5 service Thanks Mulberry
