Erm just reported this company to my bank for fraud as they ve taken two payments from my bank account I ve never heard or used this service

This thing is a complete joke Do not spend a dime They are ripping women off using marketing schemes of promises to become high value only to provide an elementary educational resource which is really just a low budget online brochure You ve gots to be kidding me Only a mentally slow human would need this Like this is basic knowledge What exactly are you telling people to learn It s quite pathetic and had I been charged 75 for membership I would ve had three heart attacks and a seizure They re using everyone s trial money on some great IG marketing Great job at rolling people off

Signed up for a 1 week plan and paid the 6 99 usd Immediately got debuted 19 49 USD and didn t know what for Reached out to their customer services and they said it was for additional material which I supposedly selected which I almost certainly did not Asked for a full refund and cancellation of plan which they did quite quickly however it s strange that all records of the payment is not showing on my internet banking I ve still reported them to my bank

This app is highly questionable It mainly features content transcribed from dating-related YouTube channels which is mostly filled with low-quality advice I thought I d enjoy the books section but it never loads so I never even had the chance to browse it The shadiest part is the billing Regardless of what you initially agreed to pay they attempt additional withdrawals without clear explanation When you try to inquire about these charges the response is vague and they never follow up with any detailed clarification i will simply stay away Additionally like any shady business they re now claiming I ve been refunded Just to clarify I have NOT received a refund They even tried to flag my review perhaps in an attempt to silence me but Trustpilot has verified the accuracy of my information based on the screenshots I ve provided My experience with this app is genuine and I feel other users deserve to know the reality

Muses Academy will withdraw money from my credit card again even I just already paid the subscribtion fee on 4th of October 2024 I sent an email to support team but noone replied But then I saw on my credit card that Musesacademy will withdraw again tomorrow which is 2nd of November 2024 I could not reach to Musesacademy via phone or there is nobody I can communicate Everybody should pay attention and should not buy any scubscribtion from Musesacademy

Firsts of all they sent me a confirmation email with very personal and secret details that are GDPR related I work in that industry NO GO Secondly their content is just very basic Nothing to learn from it It s more like Stay in distance for a couple of days If he doesn t reach out to you then he is not interested well sorry but this information is basic and I see no value in paying for this
