Unfortunately Not My Diabetes Diet

From a personal point of view this particular eating plan was unfortunately not suitable for me It s too ecclectic for my tastes plus many of the items are not available in my country And despite stating I have a nut allergy I did get meal and snack options with nuts So be careful Once I explained this to the team they were helpful and receptive
