I m not giving up

I m not giving up I need more understanding of how to meal plan and not be preparing food all the time I am still learning the navigation of the app I am doing awesome at drinking and logging my water intake

Meal plan isn t what it was

My selected meals have cleared out and now the food I shopped for no longer applies I like that now some ingredients are in cups tsp tbsp but I don t like how you can no longer change certain ingredients if they are things you don t like

Klinio has great meal plans and recipes they re easy and tasty Any issues I had were with lack of response to my questions and some app disappointments I would get a notification but when you go to the app there is nothing that I could find to tell me what the notification was I would like to see a complete recipe guide to peruse for a specific recipe You can mark for your favorites but if you forget to do that the recipe is gone I would also like to see a way to add anything to your meals i e you had an additional item with your meal Other than that the info on the app explaining diabetes is to the point and informative

After purchasing the plan I realized it s not for us The food is not anything we eat and being on a fixed income can t afford to buy The whole plan just won t work You should give examples of meal plans and your food quiz does not give a true picture Disappointed

the meal plan is reasonable but I seem to spend most of my day preparing the meals and snacks I find I am not hungry since the meals and snacks are sizable and often I find I am spending more money for food since some of the food stuffs are not common in the stores in our small town so they cost quite a bit to bring in I also have had trouble getting the menus for Week 3 on the website As of today I still have not been able to access Week 3 The snacks are quite repetitive particularly the yoghurt The meal plan is easy to read and follow

confusing in meal preparation

I was excited to try all new recipe there so printed out the weekly menu showing preparation Then I found all measurements on print version changed into oz not in gram - i have no idea on oz 0 7oz 0 1oz etc I have to return to the web and pencil in all grams on printed menu So frustrating The recipe look good though

It is going to take me more than a week to adjust to the new diet lots of new Spicer and different food products to buy and all the water I have to drink I will get used to it in time The first few days I didn t realize I had to carry my phone with me all the time to count the steps I know better now

I found it very difficult at the beginning but the longer I stayed with this program it did become a little easier It was difficult to eat every 3 hrs and drink the amount of water that I was to take The foods were foreign to me and found it to be expensive But I have lost weight and my blood surged has dropped drastically I will continue
