I thought it was a 7 day trial and THEN I could decide whether to use it or not Instead it was calorie counting which I didn t want I was charged the 43 and they got free money and I m not using it I tried to get a refund through my bank and they couldn t help either Beware users

Ordered and NOT received Money taken on the day with email stating delivery date Not arrived Have emailed at least 6 7 times with NO reply from them and NO product Terrible service and still waiting

Worst customer support ever There is no way to call them and one can t even chat with them I typed in my issue and received articles to read Awful How am I supposed to get my issue solved if I can t connect with the company I m a Premium member and the system will not allow me into the Premium site They just automatically renewed me which I am not crazy about If I could contact them I d ask for my Premium payment back

Horrible My credit card fraud department just contacted me about a 39 charge Never alerted about a fee never alerted a subscription fee was coming due Trying to contact a person is impossible for me to find Why would a legitimate business not notify someone a service not previously charged for is now being charged This is deceitful My credit card was canceled by the fraud department and I am waiting for a new credit card They flagged this vendor and alerted me of the activity Do not do business with this company Only deal with companies that provide you with direct contacts for problem resolution that is a toll free phone number and email address vs the do not reply email address they sent me

BUYER BEWARE My trial was up got a text or email about purchasing lifetime subscription one time offer yada yada It did not say you have to buy the premium in order to get the lifetime offer So now I have concurrent subscriptions that I cannot get a refund for Love the app but this is bs Wish I never touched it RIP OFF

Wish I could give zero stars I downloaded the App four and a half weeks ago and because it didn t work I uninstalled it I m still getting emails from this company even though the emails were supposed to take two weeks before I didn t receive any more GDPR regulations state that unsubscribing from emails is immediate Contacting Customer Service is impossible as you get through to a page where you think your question is going to be sent to the company but comes back with answers to irrelevant questions If you re happy with the App crashing them breaking GDPR regulations and not being able to get through to Customer Services if you need to then go with them I would say stay well clear

Now I am getting pop up ads in CHINESE so of course I cannot close it there is no x I don t know what I am choosing as I may be signing up for premium You cannot reach customer service because the ad does not go away I deleted it And now using something without ads
