good price meal plans for all meals of the day shopping list for needed items connects to Apple Health fast customer support- every now an then technical difficulties that are resolved quickly

My blood sugar has been more stable and the weight is coming off The meals are easy and don t require specialty ingredients I like that you can monitor your other health info with the app and that it links with my Fitbit I wish you could enter the amount of water instead of it assuming that each glass is 10 oz I also like that you can enter your own recipes but had some difficulty since it seems to always want you to enter ounces I cannot have gluten or dairy and also have food sensitivities My menu is set up to not use gluten or dairy and you can swap out recipes for something different if needed The folks from product support spent a lot of time answering my questions before I purchased my subscription

I recently reviewed Klinio and gave it 1star due to poor Customer Service I had subscribed and then immediately determined it wasn t the right membership for me and cancelled They determined I was entitled to only 50 refund due to their weird policy I disputed and further explained the situation They re-reviewed and decided to refund 100 of my money My 4star rating is based on revisited Customer Service I appreciate the reversal but feel I shouldn t have had to fight for a refund

I like the ease of tracking the many factors nutrition meds weight exercise and glucose readings that contribute to getting my diabetes under control Easy to use app with educational facets and reminders built in In a very short time I can see a very positive impact on my blood glucose readings

The meals are good what I can follow easily So far I have lost 1 5 stone and very happy My glucose is already down Love what Klinio is doing I am telling friends and family about Klinio and suggested that they start using Klinio for weight loss and pre-diabetes or diabetes

Most food plans are complicated with ingredients that are either hard to find expensive or out of season Klinio has recipes for every meal that are easy to follow time conscious for the busy person have easy to access ingredients that cater for various budgets The food suggested tastes great and does not leave you feeling hungry Following Klinio s food plan has helped me to lose weight in a consistent way and educated me on changing to and maintaining appropriate eating habits without feeling deprived

The program is very informative Daily communication is very helpful and supportive throughout the program The meals we re not foods that I eat Therefore I had to come up with different alternative foods that were comparable to the recommended meal plan There are other tools that could have been helpful but due to the additional coat I could afford to use them The cost of the program could have included some of the other tools Overall I have made some progress with the basic plan
